（吉隆坡26日讯）新丰尼生活（SYMLIFE，1538，主板产业股）将通过联营公司，推行发展总值1.6亿令吉的综合商业发展计划。

新丰尼生活子公司Symphony Estates，将与Pink Corner，通过VitalCapacity联手发展有关地段。

Symphony Estates将持有联营公司的51%股权，其余股权则属PinkCorner。

该土地位于双溪毛糯，临近橡胶研究院（RRI），占地1.732英亩，净面值为1306万9219令吉。

双方拟推行混合商业发展计划，包含服务式公寓和零售商店，但相关细节仍未有定案。

新丰尼生活透过子公司-SymphonyCrescent，与欧志强（译音）和黄吉兴（译音）进入买卖协议，以购入这片土地。

公司建议，在该土地兴建2栋39层商业大楼，发展期限为3年，发展总值预计为3亿令吉。

有关购地计划符合新丰尼生活专注在产业发展核心业务，因此这项购地机会料能加强未来盈利表现。

答：
新丰尼生活擁有的產業資產詳情，可從其最新的2013年年報中獲得。

新豐尼生活5622萬售CESB‧買主IOI產業和國浩置地

（吉隆坡23日訊）新豐尼生活（SYMLIFE,1538,主板產業組）宣佈以5千622萬令吉脫售在Continental Estates公司（CESB）的股權給國浩置地（GUOCO,1503,主板產業組）旗下的Seri Jati建築公司（PSJ）和IOI產業。

新豐尼生活在文告中指出，該公司根據獻售文件，和PSJ達致協議，脫售CESB的475萬股普通股（9.39%股權）和2千零71萬股可贖回優先股（11.88%股權），並和IOI產業達致相同協議，脫售CESB的230萬股普通股及1千萬股可贖回優先股，脫售價分別為3千789萬令吉及1千833萬令吉。

該公司將從中取得2千320萬令吉收益。

CESB為新豐尼生活和PSJ聯營的公司，主要業務是產業發展和經營油棕園，在馬六甲野新擁有約3千869英畝地段，截至2013年6月杪的淨資產共1億零664萬令吉，稅後虧損2千948萬令吉。

新豐尼生活是在今年6月向CESB的其它股東PSJ、IOI產業及Errigal投資公司獻售股票，售價為每股1令吉和可贖回優先股為1令吉60仙，不過最終Errigal投資拒絕此獻議，有關股票轉售給PSJ和IOI產業。

（吉隆坡31日讯）新丰尼生活（SYMLIFE，1538，主板產业股）宣布，二度与Pembinaan SriJati私人有限公司（PSJ）和IOI產业（IOIPG，5249，主板產业股）达成股权买卖协议，以总值757万8329令吉，脱售在Continental置业私人有限公司的股权，以重整其主要的业务。        

根据文告指出，前者分別献售Continental置业64万零409股和279万1869累积可赎回优先股（CPRS），以及30万9826股和135万零690累积可赎回优先股，予PSJ私人有限公司和IOI產业。献售价分別是510万7399令吉和247万零930令吉。

PSJ是国浩置地（Guoco）的旗下公司，这已是公司第二次出售Continental置业股权，第一次是在本月23日（週三），以总值5622万令吉出售Continental置业股票及累积可赎回优先股（CPRS）。

在完成上述两次股权买卖活动后，脱售Continental置业所有股权，新丰尼生活將筹得6380万1744令吉资金，这將有效增加集团的营运资本、扩展其核心业务和在未来可以获得新的投资机会。

管理层表示，这项股权买卖活动不会对集团的股本和净资產带来任何影响，然而，该出售计划却可提升集团的每股盈利，达每股9.3仙。另外，还可以降低新丰尼生活的负债率，从28%降至17%。

楼盘需求殷切 新丰尼冀2018年销售20亿

（吉隆坡10日讯）新丰尼生活（SYMLIFE，1538，主板产业股）放眼，2018年至少取得20亿令吉的房产销售。

执行主席丹斯里阿兹曼亚雅在股东大会后向记者表示，市场对旗下楼盘的需求殷切。

“虽然房市在过去12个月有走缓的迹象，但我们推出发展总值达25亿令吉的项目，均获得优秀的认购率。”

他有信心，房市可在明年回归稳健的发展步伐，加上国行正采取措施，打造持续且稳定的市场，该公司可从中取得商机。

未来5至7年内，该公司将推出发展总值约40亿令吉的项目，已做好准备在房市上升周期中受惠。

双溪龙镇暂不动工

同时，新丰尼生活也积极放眼增加地库，供未来发展所需。

他透露，由于雪州政府计划收购部分地皮给冷岳河第二期工程（Langat2）使用，并兴建大道，故该公司在双溪龙（Sg Long）的城镇发展计划不会在近期内动工。

“政府将收购的地皮面积还未确定，希望年杪前可得到一个答案。”
