我拿回AirAsia Airport tax Refund了

请问有人知道为什么我不能索赔飞机税 – 19/02/2012 (Kul to Hatyai) & 22/02/2012 (Hatyai to Kul) 我分开两次买去和回, 回程可以claim (Valid - In progress), 这个19/02/2012 (Kul to Hatyai) 不能.

在AIRASIA FEE SCHEDULE，

Handling Fee for Refund 是 RM１５而已， 扣了，还有剩。

我都忘了自己开过这个帖了
来分享下最近的refund:


fare fees and taxes 那里有myr 81, 可是我只得到myr 10

因为：kul-bwn: myr 25是air port tax, myr 20 是fuel surcharge.
bwn-kul里只有airport fee 和fuel surcharge, 所以没得refund.

就是说 RM７０ 不懂 Airport Tax 多少， FEE 多少。
如果全部是Fee, 那就没有的REFUND。

或许你去做新的booking, 然后看看是fee 还是tax??如果没有就问问live chat

是的， 如果是fee的话，就没什么可refund 了

In response to your email, we regret that our practice does not allow flight cancelation. Besides, our fare is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Moreover, SSR purchased such as pre book baggage allowance and meals as well as AirAsia Insure are also non-refundable and non-transferable.

Besides, we are sorry to inform you that name change option will no longer be available for all destinations except for flights to/from Japan and Korea effective 1 November 2011.

However, if you wish not to take up the flight, you may claim for the airport tax refund after the scheduled departure date of the return flight.

1年前的机票，是否可以refund tax呢?

其中两个朋友要再下个星期一起飞bangkok的，但是突然昨天不见了passport和working permit(他们在新加坡做工）。check到可以申请temporarily passport，但是只可以一个国家罢了，他们当然选了singapore,因为要做工。
那么关于airasia这边，是不是只可以拿回tax呢？他们能不能够改期或改名字呢？ 他们不是book promo的，是regular的。

我尝试填了refund form两次，3星期前的事了。可是两次都失败，只收到以下的email。也尝试用了air asia live chat三次，但都没有得到答案为什么refund会失败。有谁能够帮到我吗？

We have reviewed your airport tax claim and regret to inform you that your request is not entitled to this claim; as our record shows that either:
- there are open flights in your Booking Number, or;
- you have boarded this flight, or;
- the booking number is incorrect
-domestic flights within Malaysia

Please note that Airport tax refund will only be processed once all flights in your Booking Number have departed. The same applies for guests who have missed or did not board their flight.

打电话去咯
我第一次fill up了，结果几天后看到status是valid refund, 然后打电话去
发现原来是我填错户口了，第2次电话里给就成功了。

想请问一下， TAX REFUND是2 WAY的还是MSIA的而已？？
我SUBMIT后， AA好象帮我处理MSIA的而已， 那DESTINATION的它没有AUTO REFUND的吗？
