LKSB is a dormant company and has an issued and paid up capital of RM2.00. Based on the last audited financial statements as at 30 June 2018, LKSB has an accumulated loss of RM28,639. CWH is the Group Managing Director of the Company and CSK is the sister of CWH. The disposal is in line with the Company’s strategy to streamline the Group’s corporate structure to reduce operating costs.
