SCGM全財年 營業額淨利創新高

（吉隆坡17日訊）SCGM（SCGM，7247，主要板工業）出口銷量報捷，上財年全年營業額及淨利創新高，末季宣布派息5仙。
截至4月底，該公司本財年末季營業額按年增9%至2587萬令吉，淨利則按年增1倍至514萬令吉。
文告指出，在出口銷量增加帶動下，SCGM上財年全年營業額按年增6%至史上最高水平1億663萬令吉，淨利亦創紀錄，增36%至1565萬令吉。
“2015財年宣布的5仙終期股息將在7月15日支付；全年派發的股息總額將增至1120萬令吉，佔淨利71.6%。”
該公司主席兼董事經理拿督斯里李福成在文告中指出，熱壓塑膠包裝在東南亞市場需求漸高，冀繼續提高本區域食品包裝銷量，同時放眼今年3月推出的新產品系列順利進軍海內外市場。
目前，該公司出口市場包括新加坡、澳洲及菲律賓。
SCGM今日股價在全年業績公布前表現標青，全日大幅看漲，開市微揚1仙至3.22令吉，最后以逼近全日最高水平閉市，漲11仙至3.32令吉，成交量85萬2100股。【中国报财经】

SCGM 2送1红股

（吉隆坡25日讯）热真空塑料包装与产品制造商SCGM（SCGM，7247，主板工业产品股）建议，以每2股送1股比例，派送4000万股红股，回馈股东。
根据文告，SCGM将使用股票溢价户头及未支配盈余户头（unappropriated profit account）的金额，送出红股。
该公司表示，派送红股除了能回馈股东的支持，也能通过扩大缴足股本，更有效地反映现有的营运及资产规模。同时，也能提升股票流通量。

SCGM拓展出口市场 2年销售增长50%可达標

（古来18日讯）SCGM公司（SCGM，7247，主板工业股）將凭藉广泛的產品系列打入更多的出口市场，以及借助令吉走软提振竞爭优势，以达到其未来2年出口销售增长50%的目標。
SCGM公司週二在古来举行股东常年大会及特大之后，发文告指出，从公司过去5年的业绩表现可见，出口销售的成长速度较本地销售增长快。
该公司主席兼董事经理拿督斯里李福成指出，「而且，令吉兑美元走软以及油价下跌降低的进口成本，都为我们在全球商业擂台上增加竞爭力。因此，我们对未来2年出口贡献佔营业额逾50%比重极为乐观。」
「我们增加对澳洲及东南亚的客户及分销商，直接提供食品包装（產品），以奠定公司的高品质產品地位。」
他说，海外市场销售在2011年至2015年间，从2960万令吉，增长至4920万令吉。在2015財政年（截至4月30日止），该公司海外市场营业额按年增长13.6%，佔总营业额的46%。
以柔佛为基地的SCGM公司，主要业务为热真空包装塑料及挤压式塑胶片。2015年，该公司涉足塑胶杯製造业务，目前该產品出口国家包括印尼、巴基斯坦、缅甸及菲律宾。
首季净利扬38%
该公司也在今日傍晚公佈其2016財政年首季（截至7月31日止）业绩。
得益美元走强，SCGM首季净利劲扬37.9%，至490万令吉，营业额亦按年成长8.7%，至2960万令吉；每股盈利为6.1仙，去年同期为4.4仙。
同时，SCGM股东也在特大会议上通过公司以2送1比例发送红股的建议。这项计划將使SCGM的股本从8000万股增至1亿2000万股。相关企业活动將在大马交易所批准后进行，预计在9月初完成。

发1200万股新股 SCGM私配冀筹3360万

（吉隆坡13日讯）SCGM（SCGM，7247，主板工业产品股）建议，通过私下配售最多1200万股新股，预计筹资3360万令吉。
假设每股配售价为2.8令吉，该公司料能从中筹得最多3360万令吉。
其中，2200万令吉将用做资本开销，包括耗资700万令吉兴建新厂房，以及购买7台机器，总值1500万令吉。
降低负债率
另外1120万令吉作为营运开销，包括采购原料和员工成本；剩余的40万令吉则为私下配售成本。
SCGM指出，为了能够更快集资作企业发展资金，因而决定进行这项私下配售。
完成私配后，公司负债率将从之前的0.05倍，微降至0.04倍；而每股净资产从早前的92仙，减少至75仙。

美元走強‧推動SCGM盈利股價

（吉隆坡28日訊）美元走強及原料成本走軟，帶來更佳利潤，有望正面推動SCGM公司（SCGM，7247，主板工業產品組）盈利及股價。
該公司執行主席兼董事經理拿督斯里李福成接受TheEdge電訪時表示，低油價及強美元，更是公司的一大利好。
“我們希望目前情況可維持，但未來如何，我們也不確定，不過，沒有這些加分因素（弱馬幣及低成本），公司也將持續取得良好盈利。”
過去5年，該公司盈利不斷成長，他認為並非受匯率利好或低成本支撐，因在2012至2014年中旬，油價每桶企於100美元以上。
2016財政年，李福成放眼營業額保守成長10%，並相信目標可期，因首季成長率已高於10%；估計營業額目標為1億1千840萬令吉，凈利則達1千960萬令吉。
“我們樂觀看待美元強勢對2016財政年表現的正面影響，匯率收益料為公司額外增加5%至10%獲利。”
洽購3英畝地段拓產能
另外，該公司也計劃收購鄰近廠房的3英畝地段拓展產能，目前還在洽談階段，料利用300萬至400萬令吉內部資金收購。
該公司每季度都派息，派息政策40%，肯納格研究指出，派息政策只會越來越佳，因李氏家族持有該公司超過50%股權，相信未來管理層將派超過預期的股息，潛在回饋股東。

成本低美元强‧派息3仙 SCGM次季净利扬58%

（吉隆坡9日讯）产品组合佳、成本低和美元走强，推动SCGM（SCGM，7247，主板工业产品股）截至10月31日次季净利扬57.7%，达479万3000令吉；宣布派息3仙。
当季营业额涨30.6%，报3411万8000令吉。
上半年而言，净利则增长47.1%，至967万9000令吉；营业额扩大19.4%，报6375万5000令吉。
根据文告，新产品、塑料托盘和塑料杯子，均贡献当季的销售表现。税前盈利走高，归功于燃油成本走跌。
而美元升值，也为出口销售捎来外汇收益。
董事部相信，2016财年未来两个季度，会交出稳定的业绩表现。
虽然前方挑战重重，但相信旗下的新产品，如即弃式塑料杯子，可推高销售额。
目前，公司的厂房使用率是50%，冀望未来会进一步提升。
1500万提升产能
SCGM计划在未来两年投资1500万令吉，将产能提升34%，至每年2250万公斤。
该公司是一家真空热压成型和真空塑料包装的领导制造商。
文告指出，投资在新机械的资金，将来自近期完成的私下配售所得。
SCGM也宣布，董事经理拿督斯里李福成将调任为执行主席。
而执行董事拿督斯里李福财，则被调任为董事经理。
李福成表示，过去数月的订单持续增加，特别是国内外的客户，都翻倍增加订单，每月从4个货柜增至8个货柜。【南洋网财经】
