In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:- Section 2 1)     To disclose the names of FLP’s directors. 2)     To expand the financial information to include revenue and profit/loss before tax for the financial years ended (“FYE”) 31 March 2019, 31 March 2020 and 31 March 2021 and to also provide the revenue, profit/loss before and after tax based on the latest audited FYE 31 March 2022 (or unaudited if the audit has not been finalised). 3)     The salient terms of the Lease Agreement, which shall include but not limited to the following: (i)     Leasing fee/rental per month or per annum currently paid by FLP; (ii)    Any increase or revision to the said leasing fee/rental within the 66 years of leasing tenure. If yes, to disclose the relevant details accordingly; (iii)   Any other benefit/entitlements enjoyed by the Lessor i.e. Yayasan Islam Kelantan apart from the leasing fee/rental; and (iv)   Termination clauses. Section 4 4)     Prospects of the oil palm plantation owned by FLP and a detailed justification/explanation on how FLP can turn around its loss-making position to contribute positively to CHINTEK group of companies, as opined by the Board. Section 5 5)     Further justification on the basis in arriving at the cash consideration of RM45,000,000 at premium after taking into consideration certain financial information as at 31 March 2021 on net assets of RM3.18 million, net carrying amounts of Biological Assets of RM3.76 million, Right-of-Use Assets of RM15.90 million and as a brownfield oil palm plantation with the tree ages of more than 20 years as well as the declining production of ffb for the past 3 years. Section 8 6)     For Item 8(C)(a), to quantify the interest accrued, if any and to clarify if FLP is only required to repay the unsecured shareholder’s loan of RM1,869,405 without the interest accrued portion. 7)     For Item 8(C)(b), please provide greater clarity on the phrase “Except as set out in the proforma management accounts of FLP prepared up to 30 June 2022” by disclosing the outstanding amount of borrowings, debt or liabilities due to any bank and financial institution or any third party, if any. 8)     To disclose details of the adjustment manner agreed by the Purchaser and the Vendor, if any. Section 16 9)     To make the SSA available for inspection for a period of 3 months from the date of the announcement instead of 1 month as announced.
