勝利專注發展芙蓉3區

（吉隆坡12日訊）勝利企業（MENANG,1694,主板產業組）將專注發展芙蓉3區的產業，並探討聯營或直接脫售巴生地段。

該公司董事經理拿督孫亮光在股東大會後表示：“我們在探討啟用巴生的空地，但我們只持有該地段的30%份額，所以如果要發展，將會以聯營方式進行。”

他也透露，除了考慮聯營之外，或許會直接賣出該地段。

“我們也考慮直接變賣該地段。我們在很久之前買下（該地段），當時只用了250萬令吉，非常低廉。”

跟據該公司年報，勝利企業於巴生的地段佔地27.86英畝，賬面淨值250萬令吉，為99年地契，到期日為2103年。

除了探討巴生的空地發展可能外，勝利企業目前只專注於發展芙蓉3區的產業。

孫亮光表示，芙蓉3區為該公司重要地庫，現在及未來都會專注在該區進行發展。

“或許人們會覺得驚訝，但的確在接下來我們會只發展芙蓉3區的產業，除此之外，其他的資本將用在提昇現有的基建，提昇公司的資產價值。”

勝利企業目前於芙蓉擁有450英畝空地，當中包括商用、混合發展及農業用空地。

有參加該公司股東大會的小股東透露，勝利企業有意將公司於芙蓉的農業用地轉換成發展價值更高的地種。

在問及3項政府私人融資計劃（PFI）的發展上，孫亮光表示其中位於芙蓉3瑪拉工藝大學（UiTM）校園也完成，本查阿南（Puncak Alam）方面已完成70%，而汝來完成了30%。（星洲日報／財經）

胜利首季净利挫77%

（吉隆坡13日讯）胜利（MENANG，1694，主板产业股）截至9月30日，首季净利按年重挫77.17%，报170万3000令吉，相等于每股盈利0.64仙。
去年同期净利为745万8000令吉，或每股净赚2.79仙。

营业额方面，则从去年同期的6259万1000令吉，涨12.21%，至7023万2000令吉。

胜利指出，营业额增长主要来自三项跟本地大学建设有关的私人主导融资（PFI）建筑工程。【南洋网财经】
