与11 中企签暂定协议 亿尊争取独家代理权

（吉隆坡10日讯）亿尊机构（STONE，7143，主板工业产品股）今日与11家中国公司签署暂定协议（HOA），以争取该些公司旗下产品独家代理权，进行设计和安装等工程。

该公司向马交所报备，11个产品品牌分别是Masdar门、拉格格（Lagerung）木制家具、瑞贝（RUIBEI）纺织品、高登（Golden）铝质品、广东华隆（HUALONG）涂料、福田（FUTINA）电器、CKF防水产品、佛山市中盛陶瓷、雅柏（Yabo）酒店家具、高迅（Corso）照明、及德能（DERON）热泵。

亿尊机构指出，与上述公司签署暂定协议后，有望取得正式代理权，拓展业务，进而提振公司的业绩表现。

根据该公司文告，上述暂定协议中，各个品牌的独家代理权为期5年。

该公司预计，签署暂定协议2个月内，可与相关品牌的母公司签署合约。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡14日訊）億尊機構（STONE，7143，主要板工業）宣布，與8家中國公司簽署總值高達9億3000萬令吉獨家代理合約。

該公司向馬證交所報備指出，其中6項合約總值1億令吉，另2項合約分別為1億8000萬令吉及1億5000萬令吉，與廣東中盛陶瓷有限公司及高登鋁業有限公司簽署。

该云石与花岗石生产商透过大马交易所发布文告指出，黄光耀是以“专注发展其他事业”为由辞去总执行长的职位。

根据石尊机构9月25日发布的文告，现年41岁的黄光耀，在9月30日卸下石尊机构执行董事一职。

黄光耀在酒店与教育领域，拥有极丰富的专业与管理经验。他是在2014年8月18日受委为石尊机构的执行董事，随后，在同年9月9日被重新委任为总执行长。

此外，黄光耀是马来西亚礼待学院（Malaysian Hospitality College）的创办人兼总裁。同时，他也是马来西亚旅游与款待服务中心的首位总裁，此中心隶属首相办公室的经济转型计划，旨在推广与培训大马旅游和礼待领域的人才。
