我是16寸。calfs muscle 应该要跟你的bicep arm一样大。如果是小过你的bicep就要加强你的 calf training to look more symmertry |

16寸很好啊,你确定你的是high insertion吗?我的bicep只有13寸..Calf workout我只做两种,standing calf raise & seated calf raise.
你呢?

我也是主要这两个。还有在leg press machine perform toe press. for me the best is the standing calf raise because u can load more weight on your calfs. for the machine toe press can help u train your tibialis anterior this will help your calf look diamond shape when view from the front |

As I know standing calf raise is for gastroc muscle while seated calf raise is for soleus.
May I know how big was your calves size until current 16"?
