贴心的iherb
在Iherb下过几次单,对他们的customer service真是赞不绝口。
又一次买了一个lip balm,送到时,可能天气太热,整个融化了。email feedback后,他马上refund给我。
上一次下单,买了一罐 avalon organics shampoo.收到时,发现shampoo有洩漏,整个盒子都湿透了,就发了个email feedback.
如下:
i had purchase few times for the item
Avalon Organics, Biotin B-Complex Therapy, Thickening Shampoo, 14 fl oz
(414 ml) previous shipment, the shampoo is pack in the box and no problem happen.
but today when i receive the package, the shampoo is just wrap with a
ziplock bag, and it leaks. the leaking is not serious, because all item
have their individual packing, but the shampoo leak through the box, and
makes the condition become messy, i need to wash the bottle with running
water to remove the soapy feel. and also wipe the table and surface that i
put the box before. so i would like to request iherb to pack the shampoo with box in future
order. thank you 第二天,iherb回了我的Mail,说知道了,会改进,感谢恢复之类的话。我看了也就算了。
但是,就在昨天收到两个iherb包裹。最近我是有下了一单,还奇怪为什么分成两个包裹。结果发现,一个包裹里是我买的东西没错。另一个包裹里是一只Avalon Organics, Biotin B-Complex Therapy和一只conditional, 还有一个小小的lip tint.哦天啊,service真好,居然免费寄两只给我咧。。。。
我回了一封感谢信给他,收到回复如下:
