截至10月31日末季，经营连锁便利店MyNews.com的柏昇（BISON，5275，主板贸服股）净赚530万1000令吉，或每股1.7仙，净利按年增24.64%。

同时，营业额从7291万7000令吉，按年提高22.42%至8926万2000令吉。

合计全年，净利按年增加32.55%至2403万5000令吉，或每股7.74仙；营业额则上升23.64%至3亿2646万令吉。

行家建议:

柏昇2017财年的净利表现符合预期，分别达到了我们和市场全年预测的95%和97%。

展望未来，公司计划在2018财年开设90间新分店。截至10月30日，柏昇共有356间MyNews店铺。

我们预计，柏昇下财年的净利表现可维持在现有水平，而所联营的食品加工业务厂房预计会在2018年杪完工。

在纳入红股除权的因素后，我们的新目标价为1.45令吉，相等于红股除权前的2.85令吉，而我们之前的所设的目标价是2.50令吉。

虽然正面看待柏昇的长期净利增长表现，但目前的股价似乎已远高于其基本面。因此，我们将投资评级由之前的“超越大市”下修至“跟随大市”。

多方面扩张看好前景
MYNEWS 2年财测上调

（吉隆坡24日讯）分析员正面看待MYNEWS控股（MYNEWS，5275，主板贸服股）进行多方面扩展计划，这体现出管理层对前景充满信心，因此上调今明财年净利预测。

兴业投行研究分析员在报告中指出，MYNEWS控股积极多方面扩张计划，体现出管理层对公司业务前景和未来持续增长的信心和乐观态度。

分析员还说，MYNEWS控股前景看捎，3年净利年均复增（CAGR）料达28%，因积极扩张新分店。

分析员预计，MYNEWS控股将在2018和2019财年，分别投入1亿1500万令吉和4500万令吉的资本开销，用于制造厂房（3600万令吉）、白沙罗的新总部和仓库（5400万令吉），以及每年3500万令吉扩展分店。

攻新鲜食品市场

这笔资本开销，将动用最近完成的私下配售所筹得资金约7300万令吉，以及内部资金。

另外，针对该公司之前与两家日本企业合作，设立新鲜食品和烘焙产业制造设施，这些厂房预计会在明年初投运，最初预计可供应多达150家分店。

管理层相信，这些设施对于公司而言至关重要，因为能抓住服务不足的新鲜食品市场日益增长的需求。

此外，也可助于改善旗下便利连锁店内的客流量和产品组合。



90新店目标或增加

MYNEWS控股在2018财年，设下目标开设90间分店，分析员相信，一旦食品制造厂房在明年初投运，该目标可能会进一步提升。

截至去年10月杪，MYNEWS控股的分店数量为356间。

“因此，我们预计2018财年增设90间，料贡献营业额增长28%；2019和2020财年各增100间，分别贡献26%和23%。”

分析员认为，MYNEWS控股强稳的资产负债表和从私下配售筹得的资金，可支撑该公司多方面的扩张计划。

分析员上调2018和2019财年净利预测，各为3%和4%，反映较高的分店开张目标。

调整红股和风险预测后，上调目标价至1.68令吉，相等于2018财年本益比33.8倍，这比大马7-11控股（SEM，5250，主板贸服股）目标价的本益比溢价15%。

郑大文升任MYNEWS副CEO

（吉隆坡1日讯）MYNEWS控股（MYNEWS，5275，主板贸服股）宣布三项人事变动，包括将营运总监郑大文，升任为副总执行长。

MYNEWS控股向马交所报备，郑大文与执行董事兼总执行长郑大禄，和非独立非执行董事郑大福是兄弟关系。

目前，郑氏家族透过D&D Consolidated私人有限公司，简介持有3亿9177万7000股或57.43%股权。

至于营运总监一职，将由来自日本的秋田中山中间昭登（Akito Nakatsuma）接任。

根据文告，中间昭登之前是日本便利商店公司Poplar的执行副总裁，在行内有超过14年经验。

另外，该公司再委任阿兹扎莫哈末为监管和行政总经理。阿兹扎曾在大马投资发展局（MIDA）和清真发展机构（HDC）担任要职，为政府服务超过32年。

（吉隆坡26日讯）由于营运开销按年上涨32.4%，myNEWS Holdings Bhd首季净利持平。

前称柏昇（Bison Consolidated Bhd）的myNEWS公布，截至1月杪2018财政年首季净利为634万令吉，相比上财年同期的636万令吉。

每股盈利从2.05仙，减逾半至0.93仙，因去年12月以1送1比例派红股，流通股票数量因而增加。

首季营业额则从7623万令吉，增18.2%至9012万令吉，得益于新店开张、更好的产品组合，以及其他营运收入提高。

myNEWS今日向大马交易所报备，营运开销上涨是由于门市数量从同期的307家，增至366家。

展望未来，这家连锁便利店营运商表示，2018年是集团转型的一年，因与日本伙伴坚定不移地执行策略，提供即食食品和面包，为店面提供更好的品质和产品组合。

“门市数量将持续增加。myNEWS将继续通过不断改进策略和卓越营运，取得优越的零售表现，且将通过提升客户的购物体验，吸引消费者光顾。”
