elbow真的没动到腰的，只是elbow上点动到身的腰上面而已

这是我用椅子来练习拍的，开始是这样练起，对吗？

wah u can spin so well... still say cant... i also get the feel on spinin tht day... i think i can improve it... hehez... but i can do 2 round oni... i wana buy helmet n keep on practice it too... haha... wana do like deric...

i not realli every friday there 1... cause no transport n sumtimes buzy... hey air chair not use  腰顶着的吗？erm...

u know where got sell the helmet??? i wan good helmet... mine 1 broken d...

ohz.... u wan tht helmet u can go gurney world of sport... thr got many color ... n adjustable... but i no go thr buy cause the size not big enuf to fix my head RM 70 each i think...or toysrus... my wan is XL so cant fix u can go n c... mercury i think already out of stock... but u can have alook thr too... i mayb asking ma KL fren help me buy... thr cheaper i think...
