The ongoing global economic downturn has adversely impacted theGroup's business. Tight credit conditions arising from the financialcrisis have worsened the situation. In view of the ensuing globaleconomic contraction, the continuing negative consumer sentiment andthe uncertainty in obtaining the requisite finance to operateefficiently, the management believes that the next 12 months willcontinue to be challenging for the Group.
The key challenge for the Group is the tight liquidity situation itis faced with. Due to the global financial crisis and the tightenedcredit policies of banks, trying to obtain continued financial supportand trading facilities from the banks has become more difficult for theGroup.
ABN AMRO Bank N.V. (London Branch) (the "Bondholder") had exercisedits option to have all of the convertible bonds redeemed on 2 February2009 (the "Early Redemption Date"). The amount payable by the Companyto the Bondholder amounted to US$9.06 million, being 113.3 per. cent.of the principal of the bonds. As at 31 March 2009, the total bankborrowings which amounted to approximately US$31.6 million,representing indebtedness to the Bondholder as well as to the otherlending banks, was due for payment. As at the date of thisannouncement, the amount remained largely unpaid. Negotiations betweenthe Company and the banks on the restructuring of the outstanding debtsare still in progress.
In the meanwhile, the Group has implemented measures to improveoperations in order to control expenditures and to shift its focus tomore profitable products. It has streamlined its management team, cutdown on rental and other expenses by consolidating its operational andadministrative functions and stopped the production of lower-marginproducts. It has also been actively negotiating with the banks inMainland China for additional secured banking facilities.

抱歉哦,  因為是直接從年報裡抄出來的.   也沒想到去翻譯.

公司的業務巳經被賣掉了,  在我看來它現在只是一間空売公司,  剩下一點點的資産.  不再值得投資了...

The Board wishes to announce that The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, acting as the Coordinator Bank on behalf of the bank group comprising ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft and The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (the “Bank Group”), has informed the Company and its subsidiaries (the “Contel Group”) in a letter dated 6 November 2009, that with effect from the date of the letter, the Bank Group has terminated any standstill arrangements, formal or informal, between the Contel Group and the Bank Group.

The same letter further states that the Bank Group will take further action to recover the moneys owing without further notice to the Contel Group if the full amount of US$23,847,099.94 owing to the Bank Group is not settled within 21 days from the date ofthe letter.

The Company will consider all options available to it in respect of the demand by the Bank Group and will make further announcements to provide updates at the appropriate time.

The Group’s total assets as at 30 September 2009 decreased by US$33.14 million when compared to
31 March 2009 mainly due to settlements of trade and other receivables during the period, as well as
additional impairment losses, write-offs and write-downs on the carrying values of trade and other receivables, prepayments, inventories and intangible assets as at period-end.

The Group’s total liabilities decreased by US$33.14 million mainly due to repayments made to trade
and other creditors, offset by borrowings obtained during the period.

As a result of the losses incurred during the financial period, the net asset value of the Group turned
from a positive US$18.06 million as at 31 March 2009 to a net negative US$13.70 million as at 30
September 2009.
As at 30 September 2009, the current ratio of the Group was 0.47 times (31 March 2009: 0.89 times)

我不是前輩,  不過不少前輩都看走眼了吧, 哈哈.....  它之前的業績一直都蠻不錯的呀 .

这支股是被炒得很猛，回望上个星期就跌得凶。
接下来几天会升到什么价位只有庄家知道。
要玩这种小股，除非你能整天盯着股市。情况不妙设个止损点跑人。
不然少碰为妙！
