首季销量下跌 中国文具净利挫48%

（吉隆坡30日讯）被列入PN17的中国文具（CSL，5214，主板消费产品股）面对销量降低的影响，首季净利按年下跌48.23%。

中国文具截至3月杪的首季净利，报2903万1000令吉。去年同期，净利为5607万5000令吉。

公司首季营业额，从去年的2亿2188万6000令吉，滑落26.38%，至今年的1亿6334万3000令吉。

中国文具此前获得马交所批准，延后呈交首季财报至7月杪。

另一方面，管理层和保险调查员仍无法进入发生火灾的厂房视察，但中国文具已根据保险、订单与合约，推测公司因火灾可能蒙受的亏损额。

公司内部估计，机械与配备、厂房，以及原料和产品的总亏损，达到3亿3273万人民币（约1亿7152亿令吉）。

在索取保险赔偿后，公司预计亏损降低至1亿9022万人民币（约9805万令吉）。

公司的订单与合约总计3亿1074万人民币（约1亿6019万令吉），火灾后造成订单无法如期履行。不过，客户暂未为此索偿。

The Company will account for the above provisioning of loss estimation from the second quarter 2014 onwards. This announcement is dated 30 July 2014.

（吉隆坡1日讯）被列入PN17的中国文具（CSL，5214，主板消费产品股）中国厂房火灾肇因，为电线短路。

中国文具向马迹所报备，莆田市涵江区公安消防队针对厂房火灾的调查报告出炉。

厂房总面积1万6500平方米，其中1万2000平方米遭大火吞噬。

调查结论为厂房的产线，出现电线短路，火花掉在地上的易燃半成品，造成厂房火灾。

中国文具已根据保险、订单与合约，推测公司因火灾可能蒙受3亿3273万人民币（约1亿7152亿令吉）损失。【南洋网财经】

As follow up to the announcements of the Company made on 8 April 2014, 6 May 2014 and 30 July 2014 pertaining to the fire incident, the Board of Directors wishes to inform that the Company, has on 25 July 2014 received the Police Investigation Report dated 23 July 2014, issued by the Fire Department of Police Authority, Hanjiang District, Putian, The People’s Republic of China pertaining to the fire incident occurred at the Company’s production plant on 4 April 2014. The Board also wishes to highlight as extracted from the Police Investigation Report, approximately 12,000 square metres, out of the total floor area of 16,500 square metres was gutted by the fire. The extent of loss arising from the fire incident is estimated at RMB332,734,796.76. As per the Police Investigation Report, it is concluded that the cause of the fire was due to electrical short circuit at a section of the production area of Plant No. 4. The ignited electrical cable fell on the easily inflammable semi-finished products kept within the production floor. No casualty or injuries had been reported. This announcement is dated 1 August 2014.

如果保险公司都肯赔偿的话，那么就不用怕中国文具是空壳公司了。假设财报是真的，那怕只是一半是真的，那么中国文具将来必然大有作为！

是的！要是我不斩断KNM转买中国文具，现在已经发了！这次投资是我最大的败筆，把以前成功赚的几百万亏完，可惜！如果没有火灾，那情况是可以预料之中，来场火灾什么都难逃亏损。

KNM是什么你都不懂？代号7164，我是放掉此股换中国文具，结果是KNM一路升高、5214一直下跌！

对不起，我看错了，以为你说再卖KNM转去买csl 0.085（你一直说要加码的）就可以发了。

我看你是太的空了，和他讲股你不会感到浪费时间吗？
不如把你的时间浪费给我吧！至少我还会相信你嘛！而且我身边还有个股神，他年赚百万，而且他叫我买的股没有一个是不赚的，Csl 他也玩了两次，
赚了百多千，但他只用了200千来玩哦！不过他也叫我不要玩这股了，因为已Note3 了，一个不小心就会连本带利给会他。他也和我说千多个股，为什么要买有风险的股，直接才介绍我买RGB0037 0.11 但他0.10 买了2千多粒，今天0.165 已卖了七七八八了，他说因好消息已发布了。也是用了200多千赚了百多千。不过0.14 他已叫我可以慢慢放了。因本人不贪，0.135 已卖完了。
