应该是楼上那位大量买csl的放一些出来，不然陈张老万老板不会让csl起来益他的。

中国文具诡机重重，现在只能看不能买。只能等到复牌正板及公布派股息时才可以买入，否则分分钟都有停牌破产的可能。本人几乎全部身家都被困在中国文具中，所以只能苦苦撑住，未入局者请耐心等待！

以这种手段除牌的公司太多了建议你快点逃离！

nscom，kaipeng，kimbell.....卡在里面，所以跟你说一定要卖，除牌后不会再复牌了。

等到他们要公布除牌时它的价钱只有0.02！现在还有0.08还可以拿一笔回来如果再等多话根本就是跟废纸没分别。

中国2011至2013的3年里，用了美国100年的水泥总量。现在中国的经济，随便一个省份总收入都多过马来西亚。中国文具如果能够老实经营，总有一天会一发冲天！为了神州经济发展，身为华人我尽量加持中国文具，只希望印尼华侨后裔关老板用心做生意，别辜负了世界华人一片丹心！中国梦！中国文具梦！中国经济发达梦！愿中国文具股东们能够美梦成真！

中国文具净利挫68%

（吉隆坡18日讯）中国文具（CSL，5214，主板消费产品股）截至3月31日止首季，净赚按年下挫67.6%至940万6000令吉，或相等于每股盈利0.76仙。

该公司上财年同期净利报2903万1000令吉，或相等于每股盈利2.34仙。

由于产品销量下跌，该公司同期营业额从1亿6334万3000令吉，按年暴跌75%至4064万6000令吉。

根据当前经济状况，加上中国厂房火灾拖累订单减少，该公司预测今年将充满挑战。【南洋网财经】

要求延呈豁免重组 中国文具申请脱离PN17

（吉隆坡10日讯）中国文具（CSL，5214，主板消费产品股）昨日向马交所申请，延长提呈豁免业务合理化计划书和脱离PN17申请期限1个月。

该公司指出，将于今年8月7日前，向马交所提呈相关文件，以向马交所申请豁免，无需提呈业务合理化计划书，同时也要求脱离PN17行列。

该公司透露，由于相关文件还没定案，相关工作小组需要更长时间来完成精密审核。

去年4月，中国文具位于中国福建的厂房发生火患，产能严重受影响，结果一度要求展延提呈2013财年经审核财报给大马交易所。

首季净利挫68%

虽然最后成功赶在期限前呈交2013财年经审核财报给大马交易所，无须停牌，但却因为审计师发表“保留声明”，去年7月8日而被列入PN17。

经济环境挑战，加上中国厂房火灾拖累订单减少，中国文具截至3月31日止首季，净赚按年下挫67.6%，报940万6000令吉；营业额暴跌75%至4064万6000令吉。【南洋网财经】

冀转盈脱离PN17 中国文具挽回老客求翻身

（吉隆坡26日讯）中国文具（CSL，5214，主板消费产品股）指出，今年将极力挽回老顾客，以便达到转亏为盈并走出火灾损失的阴影。

中国文具执行主席关永贤，日前在股东大会后告诉媒体，该公司挽回老顾客的努力已见成果，至今已有4位顾客下订单。
去年4月，中国文具位于中国福建的厂房发生火患，产能严重受到影响，导致部分营运中断，被迫展延提呈2013财年经审计财报给大马交易所。

目前，关永贤无法对2015财年的展望发表评论，仅说无法重回2013财年的业绩表现。

促销开销5431万

另外，虽然中国经济放缓影响中国文具的业务，但是该公司的管理层计划，今年提高广告和促销开销至9000万人民币（约5431万令吉）。

关永贤也说，脱离PN17也是该公司目前的首要任务。

由于外部审计师对该公司2013财年的业绩发表“否定声明”

（Disclaimer Opinion），该公司自去年7月起被列为PN17公司。

财务总监陈晓荣指出，根据马交所的要求，公司必须在连续两个季度取得盈利，才可脱离PN17。

关永贤补充，该公司在2014财年末季及2015财年首季皆取得盈利。【南洋网财经】

需時準備報告 中國文具獲准延交重組計劃

（吉隆坡21日訊）中國文具（CSL，5214，主要板消費）展延呈交重組計劃申請獲馬證交所批准，呈交計劃期限展延至9月7日。

中國文具今日在馬證交所發布報備文件，指馬證交所在考量所有申請原因后，決定批准展延呈交期限。這項展延期限並不影響馬證交所讓該公司暫停交易或除牌的權利。

該公司早前向馬證交所申請展延時指出，由于相關工作人員要求額外時間完成重組計劃報告，公司才提出這項延期申請。

為避免在9月7日截止日期時遭除牌，該公司將在規定期限內呈交重組計劃。

中國文具今日窄幅波動，閉市時報平盤8.5仙，成交量報282萬5000股。

根據早前報導，該公司外聘的審計師對2013財年報告無法表示意見（Disclaimer Opinion），導致公司被列入PN17行列。

該公司于去年7月份，因延期呈交已審計年報申請遭拒，被馬證交所下令停牌，所幸公司順利提呈財報，擺脫停牌命運。【中国报财经】

Upon occurrence of any of the events set out in (i) to (iii) above, Bursa Securities shall suspend the trading of the listed securities of CSL on the next market day after five (5) market days from the date of notification of suspension by Bursa Securities and de-list the Company, subject to the Company’s right to appeal against the delisting.
