    可能最近棕油价格一直攀高，所以股价就起咯。

    明年的业绩肯定会比今年好，油棕价格创新高加上这次的财政预算案对产业打了一只强心剂所以在这双重的利好下明年一定会更好。。。今天又有人在吃票了，还好我还没卖。
     希望keladi来临的产业会赶在明年出售。。

Speculation Rumour: Keladi is property & palm oil cultivation stock. Recently there is the rumour of the Singapore CapitalLand
plan to launch the acquisition strategy to this cash rich but medium size property player for one big land which CL must try to get from it (So far, Keladi not willing to sell this strategic land to CL) .

Current Price: 0.16 (So so cheap...)

Target Price: 0.50 (if included the intrinsic value of the land own by Keladi)
