（吉隆坡6日訊）亞洲媒體（AMEDIA，0159，創業板貿服組）建議私下配售10%股權，以最高籌措1千358萬7千令吉，融資收購內容和播放權，在巴生流域推出數碼電視節目。

融資收購數碼電視節目

該公司發文告表示，確實配售股胥視股本而定，以每股10仙參考價計算，這項私下配售可以籌措最高1千358萬7千令吉，最低946萬7千令吉，所籌措資金主要用來收購內容和播放權，因為該公司預料在明年初開始在巴生河流域商業化其數碼電視，現在正與電台洽商購買內容和分播權。

該公司將播出即時的節目，諸如新聞、股價、天氣、交通和運動項目。

一旦配售完成，繳足資本將從現有的5千零16萬令吉最高擴大至1億零413萬2千令吉。（星洲日報／財經）
