同季营业额猛跌37.72%，至1577万令吉，上财年同期为2532万1000令吉.

累积首三季，净亏从上财年同期的6万9000令吉，扩大至205万9000令吉，或每股净亏4.64仙。

营业额则按年下跌15.39%，至5857万9000令吉。

（吉隆坡3日讯）MCE控股（MCEHLDG，7004，主板工业产品股）独资子公司Multi-Code电子工业（大马）公司，与印度公司Sandhar科技有限公司签署了解备忘录，借此取得涉足印度市场的机会。

上述备忘录，是让双方制定一个框架，用于咨询及交换信息和技术。

MCE控股向马交所报备，目前的合作阶段，是专注在发展、生产、推销和供应公司现有的产品，给位于印度的汽车制造商。若未来双方同意，合作将扩展至其他电子和机电配件及系统。

Sandhar科技主要是生产车锁设备、后视镜配件等，给印度及海外顶尖原装配件代工生产（OEM）。

该项备忘录让MCE控股能够进一步渗透印度市场，符合在亚洲区域提高市场份额的策略。

（吉隆坡23日讯）MCE控股（MCEHLDG，7004，主板工业产品股）宣布，获得总值6000万令吉的订单，在2018财年首季开始，为第二国产车（Perodua）供应电子和机电部件和零件。

MCE控股今天向交易所报备，这项合约为期6年，期间能为该控股贡献共6000万令吉营业额，不过，需投入100万令吉作为项目投资金额。

第三季赚42万

另外，MCE控股也宣布，在截至4月杪的2017财年第三季，获得42万3000令吉净利，或每股净利0.95仙；去年同期则蒙受净亏101万3000令吉。

第三季营业额，从去年同期的1577万令吉，年涨27%至2003万1000令吉。

MCE控股指出，由于汽车配件原厂代工生产（OEM）的市场需求高，因此推动营收增长。

累计首9个月，净利获192万2000令吉或每股净利4.33仙，去年则是净亏205万9000令吉。

（吉隆坡28日讯）MCE控股（MCEHLDG，7004，主板工业产品股）宣布，获得总值3300万令吉的订单，为第二国产车（Perodua）供应电子和机电部件和零件。

该公司向马交所报备，将从2018年末季开始供应零件，为期7年，而投资成本达100万令吉。

末季亏67万

根据文告，公司预计该项合约将从2019年首季开始贡献公司盈利。

另一方面，公司末季业绩今日出炉。

虽然该季蒙受67万1000令吉净亏，但累计全年仍净赚125万1000令吉，比上财年的228万8000令吉净亏要好。

营业额方面，末季仅录得1430万1000令吉，按年减21.95%。不过，合计全年，公司共取得8016万5000令吉，按年增4.24%。

公司指出，因市场状况低迷，汽车配件原厂代工生产（OEM）的需求有所下降。

展望未来，为维持竞争力，公司将继续加强产品科技，并持续寻求减低成本的方案。另外，也会探讨与商业伙伴合作，扩大产品种类和现有顾客群。【e南洋】

MCE获颁合约 向宝腾供应零件

（吉隆坡27日讯）MCE控股（MCE Holdings Bhd）获颁合约，为宝腾（Proton）新车款提供各种电子和机电元件及零部件。

MCE向大马交易所报备说，独资子公司Multi-Code Electronics Industries（马）有限公司的供应合约为期10年，将从截至2019年7月31日止财政年的首季开始。

MCE指出，这项目在10年期间可为集团带来6200万令吉的总收入。这并不会对2018财年的盈利有实质影响。

与此同时，总投资成本估计为480万令吉。

MCE另外公布，截至1月杪2018财年第二季净亏19万5000令吉，或每股0.44仙，相比上财年同期净赚58万3000令吉，或每股1.31仙，这是由于营业额从2460万令吉，跌31%至1697万令吉，因代工产品需求下降。

2018财年首半年的净利为60万5000令吉，较同期的150万令吉大跌60%；营业额由4583万令吉，降24.5%至3462万令吉。

展望未来，MCE表示，正在物色策略伙伴，以扩增产品组合，以便扩大现有客户群，并发挥营运协同效应。

MCE主要从事汽车零件制造与贸易，并在收购位于雪兰莪Setia City的一幅地后，建议将业务多元化至医疗服务。

根据2017年的年度报告，该集团已着手于医疗中心的初步规划和设计，目前正在探讨这项新业务的各种可行方案。
