2015首半年，基於私人界開銷成長受消費稅（GST）和政府財政鞏固計劃影響，大馬國內生產總值由2014年下半年放緩至首半年的5.3%增長。其他導致增長放緩，包括建築合約頒發銜接不上、低原產品和油價、中國經濟放緩和全球金融市場波動。

大馬股市此財年遭受外資拋售，截至2015年6月30日財年跌至1707點，相比去年同期1883點；外資撤走140億，相比前期131億令吉，儘管國內游資充裕。2015年7月淨賣出29億令吉。

基金管理過去12個月走低，根據證券監督委員會（SC），截至今年6月杪成長4.6%至6574億令吉，截至2014年6月杪則增長13.2%；儘管如此，豐隆資產管理（HLAM）資產管理增長28.4%，所管理信託基金、批發基金等產品，所管理基金達71億3千萬令吉。

豐隆資本稅前盈利按年揚0.3%至7千850萬令吉，其中投資銀行（HLIB）稅前盈利7千340萬令吉，相比前期6千840萬令吉；在管理層股票期權制（ESOS）調整後，實為7千590萬令吉，相比前期7千350萬令吉。

其中證券交易營業額由7千860萬增至7千940萬令吉，稅前盈利揚4.9%至2千980萬令吉；配合馬股交易走高，豐隆投行交易值由上財年424億增至428億令吉。資產管理此財年稅前蒙虧30萬，相比前期稅前賺310萬令吉。

每股盈利跌至31.7仙，相比2014財年的49.9仙，主要是上財年有大量的遞延資產；儘管如此，決定派8.5仙終期股息。大馬評估機構（MARC）確認該投行具“穩定”前景。（星洲日報／投資致富‧10月精彩‧文：張啟華）

（吉隆坡23日訊）豐隆資本（HLCAP，5274，主板金融組）在投資銀行業務帶動下，截至去年12月31日第二季淨利大起41.22%至2千231萬令吉，半年則揚11.08%至3千792萬1千令吉。

營業額方面，豐隆資本第二季成長13.06%至7千196萬3千令吉，半年則揚3.59%至1億3千113萬2千令吉。

豐隆資本在初步報告中說，在證券經紀及債券業務帶動下，第二季投資銀行稅前淨利提昇至2千零40萬令吉，去年同期為1千450萬令吉；半年而言，投資銀行業務也成長5.1%。

豐隆資本表示，在積極的投資銀行活動及多元化業務推動下，2016財政年也有望交出亮眼成績。

在另一份文告中，豐隆資本表示，公眾持股仍低於大馬股票交易所規定的25%，只有18.67%，目前仍無計劃解決此問題。（星洲日報／財經）

（吉隆坡24日訊）豐隆資本（HLCAP,5274,主板金融組），截至2016年3月31日止第三季淨利按年成長1.86%至1千713萬1千令吉，9個月淨利則報5千505萬2千令吉，成長8.04%。

第三季營業額報5千871萬2千令吉，成長5.34%，9個月營業額則報1億8千984萬4千令吉，揚0.65%。

該公司董事部指出，由於旗下投資銀行活動範圍擴大帶來更多元化收入，全年業績表現料讓人滿意。

由於豐隆資本仍未擬出公眾持股不足的解決方案，因此股票將繼續暫停交易，直到問題獲解決為止；截至3月杪，豐隆資本的公眾持股只有18.67%，低於交易所規定的至少25%。（ 星洲日報／財經）

张启华．解铃还需系铃人

屈指一数，丰隆资本（HLCAP，5274，主板金融组）因公众持股不足，受令停牌已一年多；对小股东而言，这是多么漫长的等待与守候！

如果以该股过去3至4年的历程看，相信该股所散发出的异彩，很多股只望尘莫及！

2013年，大股东丹斯里郭令灿，欲以每股1令吉29仙献购；然而，由于丰隆资本小股东要求更高的献购价，仅2.24%持股者接受献议，总持股权仅达81.3%，无法达到持股90%才得以全购的门槛，使私有化无疾而终，如意算盘打不响。

该项献购价大约是2012年12月24日的价位，已于2013年2月26日攀升至2令吉50仙至3令吉之间，有接近50%的折价。

该项全购无疾而终期间，该股节节攀升，每日几乎以平均40仙飙升，2013年12月杪触及10令吉。2014年1月的12令吉零8仙，同年6月9日更破14令吉至14令吉50仙史上新高。

2014年11月起，受公众持股不足等问题干扰，股价曾经单日猛跌18%或2令吉48仙，至11令吉30仙。

2015年3月18日，马交易所从26日开始，便对该股实施停牌令，并且需在遵守公众持股的规定后，才可恢复交易。3月26日的最后闭市价为10令吉20仙。

这么多年来，郭令灿已采取努力令公众持股增加；然而，截至2016年6月30日止，其公众持股达18.67%，仍与25%有一段距离。

今年4月KAF投行受委负责处理丰隆资本公众持股，KAF已建议丰隆资本致函大股东丰隆金融（HLFG，1082，主板金融组），探询是否一如2013年1月14日所表明的立场：不欲保留丰隆资本上市地位，或者已改变立场？

尤其在停牌的一年多以来，公众不知大股东葫芦里卖什么药？股价步入新高，固然是喜欢，如今一年多又令小股东如置身“黑洞”，丰隆资本小股东的特殊“体验”，相信没有其他股能出其右！

未来动向如何？解铃，还需系铃人！这都需给市场一个答覆。
