新加坡機構增持百盛艾飛升

（吉隆坡6日訊）新加坡政府機構持續增持大馬上市公司股權，最近受到青睞的是百盛（PARKSON,5657,主板貿服組）和艾飛升（EFFICEN,0064,主板貿服組）。

其中，新加坡政府投資公司上週五（2日）增購百盛的19萬3千600股，將股權增至5.05%或5千522萬2千386股。該投資機構甫於上月24日在公開市場買進百盛的5.03%。

新加坡郵政子公司新加坡郵政企業（Singapore Post Enterprise）也在同一天增持艾飛升（EFFICEN,0064,主板貿服組）500萬股。這項收購後使持股增加2千零82萬股至1億4千752萬9千股。

新加坡郵政企業是於5月25日至6月10日之間，收購2千124萬1千股後崛起為最大股東。早前，也透過私下配售收購5千萬股。（星洲日報／財經）

是一家不错的小型公司。。。 因为可以从创业版到达主板。。。
新加坡邮局是大股东。。。
但是PE有些高。。DIV还很低。。。 但可能发展前途还不错。。。 你可以留意。。。

艾飞昇与新邮政合作告吹

（吉隆坡18日讯）艾飞昇（EFFICEN，0064，主板贸服股）周四宣佈，与新加坡邮政达成协议，终止早前双方签署的无约束谅解备忘录。        

文告指出，此项决定主要考虑到双方无法在印尼找到任何业务机会，以及缔结任何潜在投资者或业务伙伴。艾飞昇与新加坡邮政于2011年达成无约束谅解备忘录，建议以合作方式发展印尼和其他国家的数据和文件管理服务。[东方日报财经]

艾飛升“很廉宜”？

艾飛升（EFFICEN，0064，主板貿服組）股價只有10多仙，請問值得買進嗎？前景可好？

答：
艾飛升近年飽受盈利萎縮之苦，但隨著業務拓展計劃奏效，加上強勁資本和潛在區域業務擴展計劃利多，分析員看好該股有望成為涉獵基本面強穩的小資本股投資者的理想標的。

黃氏唯高達研究表示，大馬郵政（POS，4634，主板貿服組）在2010年7月調高郵費後，導致艾飛升郵寄數量下跌，加上領域整合提昇市場競爭，以及電子郵寄業務營運開銷增加，拖累該公司2012財政年核心淨利萎縮44%至270萬令吉。

擴展電子郵寄產品盈利復甦

不過，該公司擴展電子郵寄產品策略奏效，2013財政年首季淨利按年增長18%至130萬令吉，盈利開始呈現復甦先兆。

更重要的是，截至2013年3月31日止，艾飛升淨現金盈餘為4千零90萬令吉，加上其1千150萬令吉單位信託投資，每股現金達到7.4仙，幾乎達到市價的一半，將可良好利用來拓展新業務機會來緩衝領域艱難前景。

此外，雖然艾飛升與大股東——新加坡郵政（Sing Post）早前簽署的印尼合作備忘錄於今年4月中屆滿，但該行說，集團仍可藉著與新加坡郵政的良好關係來開拓未來區域擴展計劃，不排除未來進一步合作可能。

從技術層面來看，艾飛升從2011年7月的24.5仙跌至今年5月的12仙4年低位，顯示股價可能即將出現技術性反彈，黃氏唯高達研究認為，一旦其股價成功突破負面趨勢線，股價可能挑戰17和20仙兩大阻力水平，因此維持“短線買進”評級。（星洲日報／投資致富‧投資問診）
