0.008 不是每股才rm0.80/lot 吗？10Lot = RM8.00 而已

它是卖MOTOR 的insurance噢！
这个RM 8可以给股东换 4 架 MOTOR insurance.

太平洋與東方核心業務是？

太平洋與東方（P&O，6009，主板金融組）最新2013財務狀況如何？目前持有多少現金？總資產是多少？長期及短期負債是多少？同時，該公司的創辦人是誰？創立於哪一年？大股東又是誰？經營多少項核心業務？基本面展望如何？

答：太平洋與東方成立於1994年7月19日，在收購國內其中一家最大的普險公司後，於1995年掛牌。

該公司由王新華創辦，後來賣給了曾炳成，他也是公司首席執行員，直接持有該公司的11.42%，並通過控股公司非直接持有44.52%股權。該公司的核心業務是車險，之後也多元化至金融服務及資訊科技服務領域。

太平洋與東方的總資產及負債分別為13億3千969萬6千令吉及8億5千437萬令吉，並手持2億2千零66萬5千令吉現金。

該公司截至2013年6月30日，首9個月淨利大起68.49%至2千778萬7千令吉。不過，以單季計，第三季淨利卻大跌62.70%至538萬2千令吉，歸咎於保單收入減少，加上營運成本走高及未釋放外匯賺益走跌。

股票分拆可能性大

分析員相信在脫售子公司股權及進行資本回退後，未來將有更大的回退能力；若管理層未發掘投資目標，且決定回退過剩資本予股東，2013財政年的25.4仙股息預估有望獲上調。

同時，隨著太平洋與東方積極改善股票流通性，進行股票分拆的可能性也頗大。

該公司管理層對170%內部核心資本率感到舒適，相信有助於未來數年錄取5%保費成長。

分析員指出，太平洋與東方摩哆車保險業務標青，索償率顯著低於業界平均的75%，將成為重大催化劑。

該公司早前以2億7千萬令吉，脫售旗下太平洋與東方保險的49%股權予南非桑南（Sanlam）保險公司，也將釋放1億7千354萬令吉賺益。

分析員維持太平洋與東方“超越大市”評級，目標價訂在1令吉80仙，受惠於捎來超過32%資本回酬，包括32%股本回酬及5.7%股息回酬。

“該股只有2014財政年本益比和股價賬面值的6.9和0.7倍，估值廉宜，更重要的是，淨週息率達5.7%，預見投資者對該股的購興增加。”（星洲日報／投資致富‧投資問診‧文：李永權）

Remarks :

Included in the proposed/declared dividend per share for the current year quarter and current year to date is a fifth interim single tier dividend of 1.50 sen per share which was declared on 9 October 2013 and which was paid on 13 November 2013. 股海探温：太平洋东方后市可期

太平洋与东方（P&O，6009，主板金融股）脱售保险业务49%股权给南非的上市公司山林集团（SANLAM），进账2亿7000万令吉。

扣除一切开销和特别股息之后，公司仍还持有约1亿5000万令吉来做为将来的业务开拓用途。

作价续横摆
由于它仍然持有51%保险业务，所以并不会陷入PN17的行列。太平洋与东方2013财政年至今，已给了5次股息，共26.19仙（去年8.4仙），其中18.99仙是特别股息。

公司管理层已言明会继续以每季度赚多少来考虑股息派发，即赚多派多。

以2013财政年第3、4季盈利减少成每股赚2至3.8仙左右，预料2014财政年的每股盈利，将在8至10仙左右，所幸公司手持大把现金，如果没有找到适合的投资，可以用来回购被认为低估的股价。

其股票回购刚刚开始，才买了约400万股，约1.6%。公司没有明确的大投资出现时，股价将继续横摆。

目前1.46令吉，未来本益比约15至18倍，周息估计2.5%，是比较高；但是假如扣去手握的现金，又相当合理。所以，投资者应当密切注意它未来的动向和显着收购。
