EXAMPLE：平均价=RM0.40。然后？？
还有那里可以看到warrent的exercise price 和 convert ratio?

想请问下，如果明天买入DESTINI 500lot，得到166lot+的Warrant，是否在30、9派发warrant前,母股都不能卖掉吗？还是？谢谢。

明早除权日了，在25号or之前买进的人才享有。。。如你有500lot母股你就会拿到333.33lot warrant.而不是166lot+warrant！

從技術看來是很大主力咯。。。 也可能賣家太多的。。。。

The Board of Directors of Destini Berhad (“Destini” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that Destin Prima Sdn Bhd (“DPSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 27 September 2013 subscribed for an additional 99,998 new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in DB Precision Sdn Bhd (Company No. 1057950-U) (“DB Precision”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of DPSB, at par for a total cash consideration of RM99,998.00 (“Subscription”). The Subscription was funded via internally generated funds. 德斯狄尼憑單 交易首日交投熾熱

（吉隆坡8日訊）德斯狄尼（DESTINI，7212，主要板貿易）旗下憑單德斯狄尼-WA（DESTINIWA，7212WA，主要板貿易）首日交易，即呈交投熾熱表現，成功擠進十大熱門股榜。

首日上市的德斯狄尼-WA交投活躍，全天成交量高達2988萬2600股，不過股價波動不大，全天最高去到11仙，閉市時收在10仙，起9.5仙。

這批憑單一共有2億4200萬單位，是以每3股送2憑單的配額發出。

德斯狄尼同時還有一批為數1億3039萬股新股于今日上市，以每股30仙發售價計算，總值3911萬7000令吉，主要是配合收購新公司而發出的股票。

不過德斯狄尼母股股價未起反跌，閉市時掛在33仙，跌3仙，有568萬8500股易手。[中国报财经]
