(吉隆坡22日讯)公共产业信托(ARREIT,5127,主板产业信托股)放眼价值5000萬至3.5亿令吉的收购计划,以在未来3年进一步扩展产业组合。
公共产托信托旗下资产,目前价值10.1亿令吉,计划3年内增加至15亿令吉。
公共产业信托管理人(AmanahRaya-REIT Managers)正评估多项潜在收购行动,並专注3个领域———零售、办公楼和工业。
公共产业信托管理人表明,将通过策略伙伴和策略多元化,继续重组和增加产业组合。
该信托管理点出,收购足以提昇产托产期回酬的合適产业,是一大挑战。
公共产业信托去年8月宣佈,以3000萬令吉,在莎阿南收购一栋办公楼。双方目前仍在讨论相关收购条件。
信托旗下有15个产业,包括2栋办公楼、2栋酒店、2所高等学府、5栋工业大楼,及1栋零售商场。
这些产业产业分别坐落在吉打浮罗交怡和巴生谷的梳邦再也、白沙罗高原、八打灵再也、莎阿南和吉隆坡。
信托管理表示,一旦特定领域出状况,公共产业信托的产业类别和地点多元,可缓冲对投资者的冲击。【南洋网财经】 |

阿瑪納產託3000萬購莎阿南大樓

(吉隆坡23日訊)阿瑪納產託(ARREIT,5127,主要板產托)以3000萬令吉收購位于莎阿南的Wisma Comcorp。
該公司今日向馬證交所報備指出,管理公司Amanahraya產託管理的信託人聯昌伊斯蘭與Comintel私人有限公司簽署買賣合約(SPA)。
報備文件指出,Wisma Comcorp位于雪州莎阿南,共有5層樓高,面積達5118方尺。
不過該公司已透過律師,在去年8月30日已支付60萬令吉定金給Comintel私人有限公司。
該公司主要股東和董事並無直接或間接從中獲得任何利益。【中国报财经】

公共实业投资信托首季财报倒退
二零一四年六月十五日 晚上七时五十三分
(吉隆坡15日讯)公共实业投资信托(ARREIT,5127,实业投资信托)公布,在截至2014年3月31日止第1季度,所取得的税前利润按年从1137万令吉下降至795万令吉。
该基金致函大马交易所表示,至于营业额则由前期的1674万令吉下降至1597万令吉,主要是旗下的公共信托大楼自2014年1月27日起一直空置。
它说:“管理公司持续确保投资组合内的现有资产获得良好的保养,以确保租金收入稳定及从资本增值中获益。”【光华日报财经】

之前是1.88, 现在是1.70, 跌幅10%

之前是1.88, 现在是1.30, 跌幅27%
预计股价应该至少会掉到0.88-0.89 (除息后); 它的盈利模式已经收到了挑战,所以只会跌,很难涨。除非它尽快落实收购新的产业。。。 |

1)Wisma Amanah Raya Berhad就快找到租户了;
2)High 5厂房已经拖欠Amanah Raya半年租金,些许高层跑路,因此Amanah Raya法律追究。
