成功资产今日向交易所报备，在5月29日至6月15日期间，Sublime通过公开市场，以每股平均1.46令吉的价格，收购成功食品的1.07%股权。

（吉隆坡28日讯）成功资产（Berjaya Assets Bhd）以1800万令吉，再收购7-Eleven控股（7-Eleven Malaysia Holdings Bhd）的1.32%股权。

成功资产今日向大马交易所报备，独资子公司Sublime Cartel私人有限公司在6月8日至7月26日期间，以每股1.23令吉的平均价码，通过公开市场收购7-Eleven控股的1463万股。

完成收购后，成功资产一共持有7-Eleven控股的3.95%股权，或相等于4390万股。

“此次收购股权使成功资产增加其在7-Eleven控股的投资。”

该集团表示，从公司内部调动资金来收购这批股权。

成功资产补充道，这项收购计划预计将不会对其截至2018年6月30日止的财政年净资产、盈利和负债水平，构成任何影响。

提高新山車廠使用率 成功資產與3海外車商洽商

（吉隆坡30日訊）成功集團創辦人丹斯里陳志遠掌控的成功資產（BJASSET，3239，主要板房產）正與至少3家海外汽車製造商洽商，以提高柔佛新山汽車裝組廠的使用率。

成功資產執行董事許慧敏接受財經週刊《Focus Malaysia》訪問時指出：“我們正和‘2至3個海外品牌’洽談，如何提高（新山）汽車組裝廠的使用率。”

她說：“其一正在洽談的汽車品牌，在泰國羅勇未有適足率，非常渴望進軍（大馬）。”

羅勇是泰國汽車中心，寶馬集團、通用汽車（GM）及馬自達（Mazda）車商，都在當地設汽車組裝廠。

無論如何，許慧敏以尚未落實細節為由，不願透露協商單位的公司名。

成功資產去年6月份建議，向東方實業（ORIENT，4006，主要板消費）和2位股東，以3250萬令吉，收購Oriental Assemblers私人有限公司全數股權。這項股權收購于今年5月份完成。

Oriental Assemblers因持有製造執照，能汽車裝配與製造，並銷售引擎，可說是“王冠上的鑽石”。

根據報導，市場認為這項股權說明，陳志遠可能計劃再次積極參與汽車業務。

持有成功資產39.37%股權的陳志遠，曾從事汽車銷售員，也成功通過BERMAZ汽車（BAUTO，5248，主要板貿服）（前稱成功汽車），激活馬自達品牌。【中国报财经】

陈志远将有大动作．成功资产拓房产汽车

（吉隆坡8日讯）我国商业钜子陈志远旗下成功资产（BJASSET，3239，主板产业组）蓄势待发，旗下产业、汽车以及投资等业务皆将在近期推出一系列企业活动，包括价值10亿令吉的填海项目。

成功资产执行董事许慧敏在汇报会上表示，他们目前正在等待有关当局批准准证，估计需要3至6个月时间，整项填土工程预计需要1至2年的时间。在该项目完成后，该公司将拥有高达55英亩发展权利。

“该地段每平方公尺填土成本为200令吉，其潜在估值为每平方公尺高达800令吉，若按一半的价格计算每平方公尺至少有400令吉，单单地价整体价值就高达10亿令吉了。”

同时，该公司也正考虑脱售位于市中心的成功时代广场的一些店铺，以为集团筹集更多资金用于并购或其他促进业务增长活动。

她说：“我们目前正在和数个个团体洽商，准备脱售一些时代广场店铺，以筹措一些现金。目前我们仍控制时代广场的优质地段，整体商场管理仍十分顺畅。”

谈到该公司的Berjaya Iskandar酒店及商场综合设施的表现，许慧敏说：“目前该商场的出租率为50%，放眼年底将能把出租率提高至70%，在业务经营改善后，我们可能会考虑将该资产分拆成产业信托上市。”

她进一步解释：“时机对了我们才可以上市，我们会先把公司经营状况弄好才来考虑分拆事宜。”

成功资产所涉及业务十分多元，根据该公司2016年的年报，以东马为主的博彩业务占了公司49%营业额。

但博彩业面对非法博彩业以及年轻人客户流失等逆风，因此公司有意扩大其他收入来源，其他主要营业额来源包括：租金和产业投资（35%）、主题公园门票收入（3%）、码头营运（7%）、酒店（5%）以及饮食业（1%）等。

洽引进亚洲汽车品牌

成功资产在2016年6月以3250万令吉代价向东方实业（ORIENT,4006,主板消费品组）收购了柔佛汽车组装厂房，在今日成功集团表示，他们正和一家著名的亚洲汽车品牌洽商，在未来6个月内可能会有重大消息公布。

许慧敏说：“这家亚洲汽车品牌目前对他们的旗下特许经营方不太满意，我们争取了这个机会，在未来6个月内会公布该消息。”

该间名为Oriental Assemblers有限公司的汽车组装厂，目前占地14.74英亩，工厂面积为6万3000平方公尺，位于柔佛淡杯，每年可以组装4万辆汽车。

一名了解陈志远的消息人士宣称：“丹斯里陈志远的眼光十分准确，当年他以1300万令吉买下了马自达的代理权，在6年后该品牌的价值已经超过10倍，后来他把部份股权脱售给该公司管理层，这样故事不断在他身上重复发生。”

谈及成功资产在今年内数度增持了7-11控股（SEM，5250，主板贸服组）的股权，目前已经握有该公司3.95%的股权，在近期内是否有重大计划宣布，她回应道：“7-11控股目前已经拥有超过2100间分店，但对比同区域泰国的市值，少了整整6至7倍。7-11控股的股权收购，是配合集团整个大计划发展，请大家拭目以待。”

不过她也澄清，7-11控股的股权收购和成功多多（BJTOTO，1562，主板贸服组）情况不一样，后者纯粹是只是趁低吸纳投资。

“尽管近期媒体和分析员不看好大马测字业务的发展，但是大马博彩业主要是受到非法博彩业的打击，公司也正在和执法单位合作，打击非法博彩业，相信未来该业务会有所改善。”

成功资产末季亏损收窄

（吉隆坡24日讯）成功资产（BJASSET，3239，主板产业股）截至6月30日末季，净亏收窄至3666万5000令吉；营业额跌12.7%，报8582万5000令吉。

全年来看，净亏也收窄至1111万5000令吉，去年同期净亏5412万2000令吉；营业额萎缩7.9%，报3亿5635万8000令吉。

成功资产向交易所报备，当季营业额滑落，是因为猖獗的非法赌博活动持续冲击博彩业务，导致营业额跌31%。

而产业发展和投资业务的营业额也稍跌，因租金收入减少，不过，这已被酒店和休闲业务较高的营业额所抵消。

成功资产解释，税前亏损收窄，归功于商誉减值滑落、投资产业的公允价值较高、脱售股票的收益等。【e南洋】

柔苏丹入股？．成功资产起伏不定

（吉隆坡29日讯）市场传出柔佛苏丹依布拉欣陛下入股丹斯里陈志远旗下的成功资产（BJASSET,3239,主板产业组）消息，惟未得到证实以前，市场冷眼旁观并进行套利，以致该公司股价起伏不定。

财经日报The Edge引述消息人士报道称，柔佛苏丹以场外交易方式，每股1令吉，共买进成功资产8000万股或6.7%股权，出价比周五闭市价1令吉15仙，折价15仙或13.03%。

成功资产业绩过往业绩表现并无亮点，2017财政年净亏1111万5000令吉。

惟消息人士指出，柔佛苏丹有意继续吸纳成功资产，直到手上股权增至双位数为止。

除了成功资产，柔佛苏丹也是陈志远旗下7-11控股（SEM,5250,主板贸服组）的第二大股东。

（吉隆坡2日讯）柔佛苏丹依布拉欣陛下增持股权，成为成功资产（BJASSET，3239，主板产业股）的第二大单一股东，持股率达10.09%。

成功资产向交易所报备，陛下是在上周三（27日）通过场外交易，增持8000万股，将手中的股票推高至1亿2000万股，相等于10.091%股权。

成功资产最大股东丹斯里陈志远通过文告表示，对陛下增持股权感到高兴。

“这意味着陛下正面看待成功资产的长期前景。随着陛下成为公司的第二大股东，相信这对成功资产的业务拓展而言，必定是件好事。”

成功资产是成功时代广场的主要持有者。在新山，该公司也持有成功海滨酒店、购物广场和邮轮码头等。
