The Board of Directors of Kerjaya Prospek Property Berhad (“KPPROP” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that Kerjaya Property Sdn Bhd (“KPSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 7 October 2020, entered into the Sale and Purchase Agreement to purchase all that parcel of land held under Geran Mukim 216, Lot 3252, Mukim Petaling, Daerah Kuala Lumpur Negeri Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur for a purchase consideration of RM10,096,400.00
