On behalf of OWG, CIMB wishes to announce that OWG had on 29 September 2016 (“Second Tranche Price Fixing Date”) fixed the issue price at RM2.13 per Placement Share (“Second Tranche Issue Price”) for the Placement Shares of up to 8,885,000 OWG Shares. The Second Tranche Issue Price represents a discount of approximately 3.6% to the 5-day VWAP of OWG Shares up to and including 28 September 2016, being the last market day immediately prior to the Second Tranche Price Fixing Date of RM2.2084 per OWG Share. 光大乐园屋顶起火不影响开幕

（吉隆坡17日讯）OWG控股（OWG，5260，主板贸服股）在槟城光大大厦（KOMTAR）5楼未建竣的主题乐园屋顶起火，料不影响该主题乐园的开幕时间。

联昌国际分析员与OWG控股管理层查证后指，该事件只是造成滚滚浓烟，并无任何重大损失。

管理层解释说该火患并不影响光大大厦今年12月18日的开幕，以及今年11月底观景电梯和主题乐园的开张计划。

联昌国际的盈利预测，还未纳入光大主题游乐园的营业额和盈利贡献，以及云顶高原Sky Plaza可带来的额外贡献在内。

分析员点出，潜在的催化剂包括光大观景电梯于11月的开幕，以及比预期高的到访人数，同时不排除光大大厦延迟开张的风险。

现阶段，联昌国际投行维持“增持”评级，以及4.36令吉的目标价，并表示OWG控股仍是该行的首选小资股。【e南洋】

寄望光大带动成长　小股东关注OWG业绩

（吉隆坡21日讯）隨著翻新后的檳城光大大楼（Komtar）近期正式开张，小股东关注OWG控股（OWG，5260，主板贸服股）接下来的业绩表现。

出席OWG控股股东大会的小股东向《东方財经》表示，公司管理层在大会上透露，预期光大大楼对外开放后，將为公司带来盈利贡献，料可提振未来的业绩表现。

管理层向股东说，佳节假期將带动檳城当地的观光业务，而令吉贬值的利好因素也將刺激本地的旅游业发展。

同时，小股东也表示，管理层在股东大会称，儘管看好檳城光大大楼带来的利好，但目前仍在起步的阶段，因此无法为股东提供光大重新开张后的確切成长数据。

无论如何，小股东表示，他们会观察OWG控股接下来1年的表现，並冀望檳城光大大楼项目，能带动公司未来成长。

小股东说，「该公司股价从2014年12月18日上市的每股发售价88仙，目前已经翻涨3倍，衝破2.40令吉；然而，公司业绩成长却落后股价表现。」

OWG控股在每年6月30日结账，光大大楼的贡献仍不能全面反映在2017財政年的业绩表现。

另外，针对公司2017財政年首季净利大跌，管理层在向小股东解释说，光大大楼刚开张，因初期投入的宣传和活动开销大涨，导致公司首季净利（截至9月30日止）急跌。

该公司现財政年首季净利按年暴跌57.05%，至131万令吉，前期为305万令吉；营业额则按年上扬25.48%，至2846万令吉，前期为2268万令吉。【东方网财经】

云顶翻新 14分店关闭
OWG控股财务料受影响

2017年1月14日
（吉隆坡13日讯）由于云顶名胜世界进行翻新工程，导致OWG控股（OWG，5260，主板贸服股）在云顶第一世界酒店的14间分店今起关闭，估计将对财务表现造成影响。

该公司向马交所报备，云顶当局正为受波及的分店，安排新的开设地点。

OWG控股指出，这项事件虽然不会冲击营运，但会影响该公司的财务表现。

“上述14间分店的营业额和税前盈利，在2016财年分别贡献了39%和59%。”

虽然如此，OWG控股在过去不断扩大业务规模，能抵消上述事件的冲击。

“OWG控股除了在去年12月，于名胜世界开设新的2间分店业务，在槟城光大大厦（KOMTAR）The Top也在同月开幕，包括9间饮食业务分店、14间家庭娱乐分店，以及5间零售分店。”

另外，该公司也正与云顶当局达成租约协议条款，以便在云顶名胜世界的云顶名牌店（Genting Premium Outlets）里，开设饮食业务分店。【e南洋】

Description	CLOSURE OF OUTLETS AT FIRST WORLD HOTEL DUE TO ON-GOING REDEVELOPMENT AND TRANSFORMATION OF RESORTS WORLD GENTING
The Board of Directors of Only World Group Holdings Berhad ("Board") wishes to announce that a total of 14 outlets (comprising of food service, family attraction and retail outlets) located in First World Hotel, Genting Highlands will be closed with effect from 12 February 2017 to facilitate the on-going redevelopment and transformation of Resorts World Genting (“Resorts World”) (“Affected Outlets”). Despite the closure, the landlord will endeavour to earmark any suitable space opportunities for relocation of the Affected Outlets in newer areas of Resorts World. The closure of the Affected Outlets will not have any operational impact on the other outlets of the Company and its subsidiaries (“Group”) but may have a financial impact to the Group as the Affected Outlets contributed approximately 39% and 59% to the total revenue and profit before taxation of the Group for the financial year ended 30 June 2016, respectively. Notwithstanding the above, the Board is of the view that the financial impact would be mitigated by the following: (i) opening of 2 new food service outlets at Sky Avenue, Resorts World in December 2016; (ii) launch of The TOP at KOMTAR Tower, Penang in December 2016 (consisting of 9 food service outlets, 14 family attractions and 5 retail outlets); and (iii) the Group is in the midst of finalising the terms of the tenancy agreement with the landlord for the opening of food service outlets at Genting Premium Outlets, Resorts World. （吉隆坡7日讯）OWG集团（OWG，5260，主板贸服股）建议通过私下配售，发出最多2428万8499股新股给特定投资者，冀望筹集最多3691万8518令吉。

OWG集团今日向交易所报备，将发出最多2428万8499股新股，相等于公司缴足股本的10%。

假设每股配售价为1.52令吉，相等于截至6月30日止5天交易量加权均价1.67令吉的9.94%折价，最多能筹得3691万8518令吉。

当中的2500万令吉将用作业务扩展，1111万8518令吉用作营运资本，剩余80万令吉则为私下配售的开销。

本季完成

该集团表示，配售价不会比5天交易量加权均价折价超过10%。

OWG集团（OWG，5260，主板贸服股）的槟城光大The Top综合旅游景点于去年杪开张，其余2个景点会在7月竣工。

同时，该集团获得云顶综合旅游计划（GITP）7万平方尺空间，计划重开原有的2个景点和新增2个景点。

行家建议：

光大业务的营业额可能会在2017至2019财年间强劲增长。假设游客数量介于20万至35万人，将分别带来3400万令吉、5300万令吉与7400万令吉营业额。

云顶业务应该也会分别贡献6300万令吉、6900万令吉及9600万令吉营业额。

GITP会让OWG集团云顶业务更上一层楼，预计会跟随二十世纪福斯主题公园达到高峰。

随着在云顶的业务面积翻倍，相信额外的参观者数量会提高20%至50%，加上更多餐饮和零售店面，营业额会超越7500万令吉。

不过，由于还在扩展期间，预计不会有任何股息。而且负债率高，可能会筹资减轻资本负债表。

OWG控股今日向交易所报备，营业额年增5.88%，达3014万1000令吉。

营业额增长，主要推手是休闲和娱乐营运，但部分被食品服务营业额减少而抵消。

OWN控股未来会专注在开设更多食品服务分店，以拓展新用餐选择地点的范围，以及通过第二阶段拓展计划，加强莎阿南Wet World Water Park的设施。【e南洋】
