股东准购Quantum Storage
Krono立足港台攻大中华

（吉隆坡5日讯）Krono亚洲（KRONO，0176，创业板）获股东批准，收购Quantum Storage（香港）有限公司后，将扩展至北亚市场，既是香港和台湾，这有望成为进军大中华地区的渠道。

Krono亚洲昨天发文告指出，已获得股东通过收购Quantum Storage全数股权，收购价高达4500万令吉。

根据文告，该公司将掌控Quantum Storage在香港和台湾的独资子公司。这两家子公司为企业提供数据储存产品、服务及解决方案。

Krono亚洲将通过调整营销与分销费用，还有特别是在截至2018年12月31日财年扩展至北亚市场，将提振公司未来营业额和盈利。

Krono亚洲代总执行长张宗明说：“自去年整合Quantum Storage（印度）私人有限公司之后，最新收购将扩大我们的市场足迹及经济规模，有助加强营运效率。”

该公司将发出高达4081万6326股新股，每股98仙及500万令吉的现金，来完成收购。【e南洋】
