锦隆资源拟联营 砂1700公顷种油棕

（吉隆坡22日讯）锦隆资源（KMLOONG，5027，主板种植股）计划通过联营合作，将位于砂拉越面积约1700公顷的政府土地，发展成油棕种植与提炼厂。

根据文告，锦隆资源独资子公司Winsome Plantations，昨天与Pelita控股签署联营合约，并持有联营公司的70%股权，后者则持有其余30%股权。

这家联营公司注册资本为40万令吉，核心业务为油棕种植，并会在上述地段盖建油棕种植相关设备，包括处理厂等。[南洋网财经]

锦隆资源净利涨78%

（吉隆坡31日讯）由于鲜果串产量较高，锦隆资源（KMLOONG，5027，主板种植股）截至10月31日第三季，净利大涨78.33%至1573万2000令吉，或5.09仙每股盈利。

上财年同期净利为882万2000令吉，或2.86仙每股盈利。

锦隆资源营收增长幅度则偏小，从上财年的1亿6096万2000令吉，仅扬1.72%至1亿6372万4000令吉。

（吉隆坡27日讯）受益于各个业务报捷，锦隆资源（KMLOONG，5027，主板种植股）截至1月31日末季，净利按年增43.18%至2011万8000令吉，或每股盈利6.52仙，上财年同期是1405万1000令吉。

同期营业额年增20.36%至1亿9741万9000令吉，上财年同期是1亿6403万令吉。

合计全年，锦隆资源净利报6134万1000令吉，或每股盈利19.88仙，按年增幅为13.71%，上财年同期为5394万5000令吉。

锦隆资源首季净利翻倍

（吉隆坡26日讯）棕油和处理厂业务报佳音，激励锦隆资源（KMLOONG，5027，主板种植股）截至4月30日首季，净利飙涨一倍。

根据文告，首季净利报2836万1000令吉，相等于每股盈利9.18仙，较去年同期的1412万8000令吉，或4.58仙，增长达100.74%。

同时，营业额也从1亿3731万令吉，上扬58.03%，报2亿1698万6000令吉。

锦隆资源指出，优秀的业绩表现，归功于较高的油棕价格和鲜果串生产，带动种植领域录得81%的税前盈利增长。

再者，棕油处理厂的赚幅和品质提升，激励该业务税前盈利年增高达144%。【南洋网财经】

次季淨利增59% 錦隆資源派息7仙

（吉隆坡29日訊）錦隆資源（KMLOONG，5027，主要板種植）次季淨利按年增59%至1812萬令吉，宣布每股派息7仙。

截至今年7月底，該公司次季營業額按年增39%至1億9728萬令吉，每股7仙股息亦較上財年同期5仙來得高。

錦隆資源上半年營業額則按年增48%至4億1427萬令吉，淨利按年增82%至4648萬令吉。

該公司向馬證交所報備指出，次季原棕油及棕櫚仁油價格按季分別跌價9%及10%，鮮果串加工后產量則按季微增4%，不過與上財年同期相比，市況仍相對更好。

錦隆資源 首3季淨利漲50%

（吉隆坡31日訊）受減值資產和撥備或有負債（Contingent liability）拖累，錦隆資源（KMLOONG，5027，主要板種植）截至10月底2015財年第3季淨利按年縮減4%至1515萬令吉。

錦隆資源向馬證交所報備，第3季淨利滑落4%至1515萬令吉；營業額則上揚10%，錄得1億7940萬令吉。

根據報備文件，該公司第3季撥備或有負債達300萬令吉，是基于官司結果不利所致。

無論如何，首9個月，該公司淨賺6163萬令吉，增長49.5%，營業額升34%至5億9367萬令吉，主要因為提高棕油價格和油棕樹鮮果串（FFB）產量。

錦隆收成改善產量增加

（吉隆坡21日訊）儘管原棕油價格疲軟，錦隆資源（KMLOONG,5027,主板種植組）在收成改善和更高產量帶動下，成功保持盈利成長。

錦隆資源董事經理魏松軒對《TheEdge》表示，該集團在截至2015年1月31日止（2015財政年）的表現良好，主要從更高鮮果串和原棕油產量中受惠。

該公司即將於本月杪公佈第四季財報。在截至去年10月杪的第三季，鮮果串產量按年成長12%至7萬7千600公噸，首三季產量升高13%至22萬7千400公噸，第三季原棕油產量也增長15%至7萬1千公噸鄉，累積共成長27%至19萬8千100公噸。

該公司截至去年10月杪的首9月淨利飆升49.4%至6千160萬令吉，營業額增長34%至5億9千370萬令吉。

魏松軒說：“根據我們目前的地庫和煉油產能，我們預期2016財年的鮮果串和原棕油產量微幅改善。”

他表示，上季原棕油平均價約2千200令吉，按年下跌9%，但今年來仍走高4%。

他指出，2015年的原棕油價格可能在2千100至2千400令吉之間波動，和去年平均價沒有很大差別。

展望未來，他表示該公司將繼續尋找新地庫，但拒絕透露詳情。目前該公司在柔佛、沙巴和砂拉越擁有1萬5千928公頃地庫。今年將種植1千公頃，計劃翻種400公頃，其餘為新種植園坵。（星洲日報／財經‧The Edge專版）

（吉隆坡26日訊）受種植業表現拖累，錦隆資源（KMLOONG，5027，主要板種植）截至1月底2015財年末季，淨利按年下挫31%至1373萬令吉，宣布每股派息6仙。

錦隆資源向馬證交所報備，將在8月28日派發每股6仙終期股息，除權日鎖定在8月10日。

該公司末季淨賺1373萬令吉，比去年同期少31%；營業額按年滑落8%至1億8121萬令吉。

錦隆資源指出，淨利下滑主要因為油棕樹鮮果串（FFB）售價跌12%。

錦隆資源在2015年財政年總共派發每股13仙的股息，派發率為53.7%，若以週四收市價2令吉70仙為准，使它的周息率為4.8%。

派息率5年50至70%

過去5年來，錦隆資源的股息派發率介於50至70%，預料此派發率能夠持續。該公司自2001年開始派發股息，過去5年的每股股息介於10至16仙。

截至今年1月31日為止，錦隆資源的淨現金達到2億3千500萬令吉，或等於每淨利75仙。它也占其目前市值8億4千零40萬令吉的28%。

錦隆資源的現金及等同現金平穩增長，即從2012年財政年的1億8千800萬令吉，增加至2015年的2億7千200萬令吉。同時，該公司的負債率則保持偏低0.08倍水平。

錦隆資源在2015年財政年的淨利按年增長23%至7千540萬令吉，營業額則增長21%至7億7千480萬令吉。該公司董事經理魏松軒表示，預料2016年財政年的業績表現較差，主要是鮮果串生產回酬率及原棕油價格走低所致。（星洲日報／財經‧TheEdge專版）
