Fifi, 看到你说黄体素的好处， 心痒痒也想买来用。 有甚麽好的品牌介绍呢？ JUSTLIFE 有卖吗？网上看到一个叫JASON 的牌子， 但有 Methylparaben, Propylparaben 的成分， 可以用吗？ 还有如果它有注明 CERTIFIED ORGANIC, 是不是可以放心去用呢？可以帮忙看下以下的成分吗？先谢谢了。

Beauty Garden by Sothys

在纽西兰 Hanmer Spring的一间spa买的，马来西亚的sothys到现在都还没有看到 Sothys Beauty Garden系列使用樱桃蓓蕾为卖点，ecocert有机认证。
make up removing fluid就是cleansing milk，大支便宜又好用，不过我不知道要在那里买了
face care with helianthus & rosemary是moisturizer，淡淡迷迭香的味道，以不容易吸收的葵花油为base，质感搽上去很慢吸收，然后留下一层保护膜，比较适合干性皮肤，还要睡冷气的。

这些托朋友在澳洲旅行时顺便帮我拿回来的，Lush这个牌子之前大略有介绍过，可以去这两个link看看。
纽西兰突击Lush手工护肤品店
Lush Angel on Bare Skin Cleanser, aroma creme deodorant, buffy body butter bar & soaps
很多年前在姐妹杂志 （当时还很小本)，得知新加坡曾经卖过，被他鲜艳的颜色，新奇的包装吸引，不知道为什么现在已经没有了， singaporean不接受吗？后来在纽西兰纽西兰backpack时，好几个城市（auckland, christchurch, wellington)都看到他的踪迹，同样是鲜艳的颜色，还有浓郁扑鼻的香味，不过我受不了。
这是lush最卖座的angel on bare skin，是固体装的cleanser，取出大红豆大小的cleanser，压扁加水打圈圈农均匀后，摸在脸上打圆圈让cleanser里的杏仁碎粒轻微地去除角质。过后再用清水冲洗7-8遍左右。没有泡沫，洗后不会紧绷，清爽薰衣草味，因为有clay在cleanser里，可以适量地吸取脸上的油脂。
Ingredients:
Ground Almonds (Prunus dulcis), Glycerine, Kaolin, Water (Aqua), Lavender Oil (Lavendula hybrida), Rose Absolute (Rosa centifolia), Lavender Flowers (Lavendula hybrida), Perfume.

煮熟的tomato最好，生的番茄可能会有salmonella，沙门氏菌，记得一定要洗干净才吃。可是煮熟的番茄虽然流失了vitamin C，可是很奇怪的lycopene，茄红素，一种在番茄特别多的抗氧化剂，含量非常高，比生番茄还要多 ...
