我无法给于解释for the earnest deposit can be refund or not. THe property agency has they own rules whether to refund your or not when your loan cant be approved. If you need loan do PM me.

Valaution = 估计 是签letter of offer之后.
deal with 估计师是banker.若把估计费放入loan就由bank来还。 若还cash估计师会跟我们收$后才send report 去bank for loan execution.
