TRC协作净利扬21%

(吉隆坡5日讯)赚幅和联号公司盈利共享增加,TRC协作有限公司(TRC,5054,建筑组)次季净利上扬21%。
TRC协作向马交所报备,截至6月底次季净利达845万令吉,或每股1.76仙,相较于上财年同期的698万令吉,或每股1.46仙。
该集团表示,次季取得193万令吉的外汇收益,相比同期亏损111万令吉。
营业额则按年从1亿9435万令吉跌17.6%至1亿6023万令吉。
首半年净利从874万令吉,涨48.2%至1295万令吉;营业额则跌11.9%至3亿4567万令吉,去年同期为3亿9226万令吉。
展望余下季度,该集团预计,进行中的主要项目将对盈利作出贡献。【光华日报财经】

TRC獲馬石油探勘6159萬合約

(吉隆坡5日訊)TRC(TRC,5054,主要板建築)宣布,子公司獲馬石油探勘頒發總值6159萬令吉合約,為期2年。
該公司向馬證交所報備指出,子公司Trans Resources企業在沙巴砂拉越天然氣管(SSGP)計劃下,獲頒維修道路及穩定斜坡工程,合約2015年9月10日生效,2017年9月到期,為期2年,可額外延長合約1年至2018年9月9日。
這亦是該公司今年內獲得的第2項政府相關合約,今年2月曾獲頒發總值6000萬令吉海軍相關工程合約。

TRC协作(TRC,5054,主板建筑股)获得国油勘探(Petronas Carigali)颁发总值6158万7113令吉的合约。
公司将为东马天然气管道项目,提供道路维修和维护服务,并负责斜坡巩固工程。
该合约为期2年,至2017年9月9日截止,另有1年延长选择权。
行家建议
这是TRC协作今年赢得的第3项订单,预期税前盈利赚幅为8%,相信可在合约期间,捎来400万令吉净利。
估计纳入这项新订单后,未完成订单总值将超过12亿令吉,可支撑未来2年盈利。
不过,这项合约符合我们3.5亿令吉的新补充订单的预测,因此并未调高公司财测。
如同我们早前所说的,TRC协作目前正竞标小型合约,来达到提升赚幅和控制成本的目的。
目前取得的合约,大部分价值低于1亿令吉,但累计订单总值已达到1.76亿令吉。
虽然我们对公司转盈的进展感到宽慰,但是该股近期缺乏催化剂,我们决定在出现更显著的转盈迹象之前,采取保守态度。

TRC布城發展近3億房產

(吉隆坡4日訊)TRC(TRC,5054,主要板建築)將在一個馬來西亞公務員房屋計劃(PPA1M)下,在布城發展住宅及商用房產,發展開銷達2億9274萬令吉。
TRC向馬證交所報備,獨資子公司TRC Land私人有限公司,獲布特拉再也機構(Putrajaya Corp)委任為是項房產計劃的發展商。
根據報備文件,該項發展計劃坐落在布城第18區,包括500間公務員房屋單位,316間公共住宅單位和20個商用單位。
TRC指出,這項計劃不會對公司的已發行和實收股本、每股淨資產、付債率和股東的持股情況造成影響,同時預計將正面貢獻該公司的收益和每股盈利。【中国报财经】

(吉隆坡7日訊)TRC協作(TRC,5054,主板建筑組)獲布城發展機構委為一馬公務員房屋發展計劃(PPA1M)發展商,以建500間住宅、316單位公共住宅和20間商店,發展成本達2億9千274萬1千302萬令吉。
分析
大眾研究估計,上述項目的賺幅達10%,預期可貢獻2千200萬令吉稅前盈利。
大眾披露,上述項目共有3座高樓,其中兩座須賣回給布城發展機構,餘下一座則由該公司自行銷售,因此相信此項目的賺幅可能高於一般房產計劃的6%左右。
除了房產銷售,該公司也能透過上述項目獲得2億5千萬令吉左右的建築工程,訂單總額可能增至超過12億令吉。
大眾指出,該股投資情緒疲弱,短期內並無任何催化因素。雖然該公司業績略有改善,不再如過去數年般疲弱,但該行認為,在業績表現恢復穩定前,他們都會繼續保守看待該股。

TRC卖澳办公楼单位 董事经理314万接手

(吉隆坡16日讯)TRC协作(TRC,5054,主板建筑股)宣布,以106万澳元(约314万令吉)将澳洲的一个办公楼单位,卖给董事经理丹斯里苏菲里。
根据文告,TRC协作子公司TRC(澳洲)已与苏菲里签约,脱售澳洲维多利亚的一个办公楼单位及三个停车位给后者。
TRC协作表示,公司的主要业务是建筑和产业发展,因此售卖产业也是日常业务之一。

2. Information on the Vendor TRCA is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company which was incorporated in Australia on 4 June 2009 under the Australian Corporation Act 2001. The Company was primarily incorporated to undertake construction and property development projects in Australia.
3. Salient Terms of the Contact of Sale The purchase price shall be paid by the Purchaser to the Vendor by instalments at the time and in the following manner:- i) 10% being AUD106,272 will be paid immediately upon signing of the Contract of Sale; ii) Balance of 90% being AUD956,448 will paid at the later of; fourteen (14) working days after the Vendor gives notice to the Purchaser of registration of the Plan of Subdivision, or fourteen (14) working days after the Vendor gives notice to the Purchaser of issue of the Occupancy Permit.

6. Effects of the Sale The sale of the said Property will not have material effect on the share capital, net assets, earnings and gearing of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2016. The sale however is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of the Group.
7. Cost of Investment The Net Book Value of the Property is not applicable as the Property is still in construction stage. There was no valuation carried out on the Property.
8. Statement by Audit Committee Having considered that the sale of Property is in the ordinary course of business of TRC Group, the Audit Committee is of the view that the sale is:- (i) in the best interest of the Company; (ii) fair, reasonable and on normal commercial terms; and (iii) not detrimental to the interest of the minority shareholders.
9. Statement by Directors After taking into consideration all aspects of the sales, the Board (except for Tan Sri Dato' Sri Sufri Bin Hj Mohd Zin) is of the opinion that the sale is in the best interest of TRC Group.
10. Interest of Directors, Major Shareholders and Persons Connected with the Purchaser Save as disclosed above, none of the Directors or major shareholders of the Company or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the above sale.
11. Approval required and Percentage Ratio applicable The Transaction is not subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company. The highest percentage ratio pursuant to paragraph 10.02(g) of the Listing Requirements is 0.97.
12. Total amount transacted with the same related party for the preceding 12 months There was no transaction with the same related party for the preceding 12 months.
13. Estimated Time for Delivery of Vacant Possession Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the possession is expected to be delivered within fourteen (14) days from the date of the Purchaser paying the purchase price and all other sums payable to the Vendor in full in accordance with the terms and conditions provided in the Contract of Sale. 競標數大型合約‧TRC協作前景看好

(吉隆坡16日訊)TRC協作(TRC,5054,主板建筑組)競標數大型合約,憑著早前曾參與捷運(MRT)及輕快鐵(LRT)計劃,分析員有信心TRC協作能脫穎而出,看好前景。
雖說如此,但大眾研究因收入總結調整,而下修2016及2017財政年財測,分別7%及1%。
TRC協作表示,目前正競標MRT第二線、LRT第三線、泛婆羅洲大道、新街場―淡江高架大道(SUKE)及白沙羅-沙亞南大道(DASH)計劃等計劃。
大眾認為,TRC協作與負責發展LRT的國家基建公司(Prasarana)及MRT的MMC-Gamuda聯營公司都有良好的合作經驗,相信可在今年內贏得數大型合約。
雖然如此,保守起見,大眾預計TRC協作在今年能獲得5億令吉合約;TRC協作在上財政年只贏得1億7千600萬令吉合約。
昨日,TRC協作宣佈得到吉隆坡國際機場及其他地點的新吉隆坡空中交通控制中心的分包合約,總值8千800萬令吉,使該公司的總訂單量達12億令吉。
在產業方面,該公司決定展延阿拉白沙羅的綜合發展計劃至今年底,該項目發展總值為10億令吉,第一階段為3億令吉。
大眾認為,雖然計劃展延,但阿拉白沙羅的綜合發展計劃位於策略性地點,加上每平方英尺售價只有600令吉,相信在推出後能得到好成績。
而該公司總值2億9千300萬令吉的其他產業發展計劃,預計將會在下半年推出。

TRC獲2.3億汶萊機場工程
2016年3月21日
(吉隆坡21日訊)TRC(TRC,5054,主要板建築)獲頒7880萬汶萊元(約2億3114萬令吉)汶萊國際機場工程。
TRC向馬證交所報備,獨資子公司Trans Resources私人有限公司,接獲由汶萊發展公共工程部,頒發的工程意向書(LOA),合約總值約2億3114萬令吉。
根據報備文件,TRC與Swee 私人有限公司,是通過共同參與競標汶萊國際機場首階段發展下的機場路面修復工程,而獲得上述合約。
TRC將在4月25日展開是項工程,料2017年11月份竣工。【中国报财经】

TRC協作財測維持‧獲汶萊2.3億工程

(吉隆坡22日訊)TRC協作(TRC,5054,主板建筑組)獲得汶萊政府頒發總值7千880萬千汶幣(約2億3千115萬令吉)基建合約,惟分析員保守看待該公司合約填補速度,維持其財測不變,但看好該公司未來攫取大型合約能力。
大眾研究表示,TRC協作與SWEE私人有限公司聯合,成功競標汶萊機場道路維修合約。若按TRC協作佔該工程50%股權及8%賺幅推算,預料該工程進行期間將會該公司帶來700萬的盈利。
大眾估算TRC協作年度填補合約總額為5億令吉,此合約頒發仍在該行估算目標以內,因而維持該公司財測不變。
手握13億合約
若加上週獲頒發合約,該公司目前手握有約13億令吉合約,進行中工程則包括格拉納再也輕快鐵擴建、捷運一線及吉隆坡生態城(KL Eco City)等工程。
在未來,該公司可能獲得合約包括泛婆羅洲大道、輕快鐵三線、捷運二線軌道鏈接以及其他的大道工程等。
此外,該公司與國家基建公司(Prasarana Malaysia Berhad)(輕快鐵客戶)、金務大公司(GAMUDA,5398,主板建筑組)、MMC機構(MMCCORP,2194,主板貿服組)(捷運一線客戶)等大型建築公司合作關係良好,將有助於該公司獲得大型合約。
雖然國內進行中的大型基建合約配套都輕易超5億令吉,但大眾依然保守地將TRC協作年度填補合約速度維持在5億令吉。但該公司上一次獲得輕快鐵擴建合約就高達9億5千萬令吉,捷運一線的合約總額達7億4千300萬令吉。

捷運公司工程 TRC獲1.8億合約

(吉隆坡28日訊)TRC(TRC,5054,主要板建築)獲捷運公司(MRT)頒發2項合約,總值1億7819萬令吉。
TRC向馬證交所報備,旗下子公司Trans Resources Corporation私人有限公司獲捷運公司頒發總值1億380萬令吉的吉隆坡中央藝術坊付費連結站(Pasar Seni Paid Link)與相關工程合約。

EFFECTS OF THE DISPOSAL 5.1 Share Capital and Shareholding Structure The Disposal will not have any effect on the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company and the shareholdings of the substantial shareholders of the Company. 5.2 Net assets, earnings and gearing The Disposal is not expected to have any significant impact on the consolidated net assets, earnings and net gearing position of the Company for the current financial year ending 31 December 2016.

TRC协作预计产业业务两年内的营收贡献比例提高到20%至30%

(吉隆坡24日讯)建筑公司TRC协作(TRC Synergy Bhd)预计,产业业务为集团总营业额带来的贡献,两年内将提高到20%至30%。
目前,TRC协作约90%的营业额来自建筑业务,而产业发展臂膀TRC Land私人有限公司仅为集团营业额带来10%进账。
TRC协作执行董事Datuk Abdul Aziz bin Mohamad表示,Ara Damansara综合发展项目处于发展最后阶段,此项目涵盖服务式公寓、酒店、办公楼,以及零售商场。
这个综合发展项目座落于Ara Damansara轻快铁(LRT)2号站,是TRC协作和国家基建公司(Prasarana)的联营发展计划。
Abdul Aziz 说:“我们将在今年前完成Ara Damansara发展项目的最后阶段,预计在明年首季推出此计划,此发展项目的发展总值(GDV)约10亿令吉。”
与此同时,TRC协作主席General(Rtd)Tan Sri Mohd Shahrom Nordin表示,尽管去年经济环境艰巨,但集团仍录得合理且一致的表现。

今年迄今,TRC协作逾40亿令吉的项目已完工。该集团截至去年12月杪的财政年营业额录得7亿6790万令吉,总盈利为5000万令吉;而税后盈利则为3080万令吉,归功于兑汇收益。
Abdul Aziz 表示;“TRC协作几乎所有主要项目将在今年次季完工,包括双溪毛糯捷运站(MRT Sungai Buloh Depot)、双溪毛糯的MRT 1站,以及格拉纳再也轻快铁(Kelana Jaya LRT)。”
他披露,TRC协作的目标是2016财年可维持营收与盈利水平。
“去年我们的营业额超出7亿令吉的目标水平,对此我们感到非常高兴。所有项目皆在合约期限内完工。展望未来,我们看好可从大客户的手中标得更多项目,像是国家基建公司(轻快铁3号线)和捷运公司(MRT Corp)(捷运2号线)。”
