负责新山炼糖厂地基工程 ENCORP获大马糖厂890万合约

(吉隆坡7日讯)大马糖厂(MSM,5202,主板消费产品股)颁发总值890万令吉的合约ENCORP(ENCORP,6076,主板产业股),为新山的炼糖厂进行打桩及地基工程。

根据文告,这项合约是由大马糖厂独资子公司MSM柔佛颁发。

该项合约预计会在5个月内完成,从3月4日开始至8月3日,或根据合约条款而延长。

ENCORP表示,获得该项合约预计将把截至2016年12月31日财年的每股盈利提高0.36仙。【南洋网财经】

尽管市场疲软 Encorp对甲城镇项目有信心

(八打灵再也15日讯)尽管产业市场疲软,Encorp Bhd对位于马六甲Bukit Katil的综合城镇发展项目有信心。

主席Tan Sri Isa Samad表示,该项目是一个位于策略地点的发展,占地259.4公顷,是甲州目前最大的地段之一。

他今日出席股东常年大会和特别大会后,向记者说:“这是当地仅有的土地。对我们来说,这是非常好,是个非常策略的位置。”

“我们相当有信心。所有的顾问也认为这是一个很好的项目。”

当被问及为何Encorp决定向联邦土地发展局(Felda)购地,Isa解释说,如果继续由该局拥有该地段,Encorp将无法进行发展。

“土地属于联邦土地发展局,我们不能发展。”

今年1月,Encorp为该土地的发展权支付5亿8360万令吉现金。该金额将通过延期付款计划支付,为期13年。

他补充:“Encorp属于联邦土地发展局。没有太大的差别。这只是左口袋进右口袋。”

这占地259.4公顷的有期土地是联邦土地发展局所拥有,而该局通过Felda Investment Corporation私人有限公司持有Encorp的70.97%股权。

该产业项目将分3期进行,住宅和商业产业的比例为80:20,预期在明年第三季开始。

Isa指出,首期发展预计两年内完成。

该项目的发展总值原是49亿令吉,但鉴于目前产业市场放缓,因而下砍至32亿令吉。

ENCORP脱售槟城土地

2016年10月6日
(吉隆坡5日讯)ENCORP(ENCORP,6076,主板产业股)以2500万令吉,脱售槟城峇都丁宜镇一片占地5.831英亩的永久业权土地。

根据文告,ENCORP今日与买家Crescent Consortium私人有限公司签署这项交易的协议。

ENCORP预计,将于明年首季完成脱售计划,并从中获利223万8583令吉,或每股盈利0.8仙。

ENCORP表示,脱售计划将协助公司释放资产资本,以供营运开销使用,以及改善公司的现金流状态。【e南洋】

(吉隆坡1日訊)ENCORP產業(ENCORP,6076,主要板房產)旗下間接子公司Encorp Bukit Katil私人有限公司,和Kean Leng建設私人有限公司將聯營公司,一同發展馬六甲武吉卡迪(Bukit Katil)一塊49英畝地段。

據ENCORP產業向馬證交所報備指,雙方公司已于昨日簽署諒解備忘錄,為期6個月或至到簽署聯營合約為止,聯營公司名字之后才會決定。

該區總地段實際是640.98英畝,Encorp Bukit Katil私人有限公司是該綜合城鎮項目的總開發商,並將注入100英畝土地入雙方聯營公司。【中国报财经】

(吉隆坡9日訊)ENCORP產業(ENCORP,6076,主要板房產)宣佈與新馬資本(Sinmah Capital),即農佳(FARMBES,9776,主要板消費)聯營在馬六甲武吉卡迪(Bukit Katil)77.9英畝大的土地賞發展醫院、醫療學院和住宅項目,發展總值達8億6500萬令吉。

農佳將在6月14日正式以新馬資本之名,在大馬交易所交易。

ENCORP產業獨資子公司Encorp武吉卡迪私人有限公司,週四(8日)與新馬發展私人有限公司和新馬發展聯營私人有限公司簽約。

這片77.9英畝土地,為ENCORP產業位于武吉卡迪的640.9英畝發展土地的第1個綜合發展項目,聯營公司將以6970萬令吉取得發展權。

ENCORP產業指出,上述售賣發展權所得將用來支付聯邦土地發展局(FELDA),即總數640.9英畝土地的發展權。

文告指出,這項協同合作將讓雙方利用對方的優勢和專長,釋放土地價值。ENCORP產業持聯營公司的70%股權,其余由新馬資本所持有。

ENCORP BERHAD ("ENCORP" OR THE "COMPANY") - Expiry Of Memorandum Of Understanding ("MOU") Between Encorp Bukit Katil Sdn Bhd, An Indirect Wholly-Owned Subsidiary Of The Company And Kean Leng Construction Sdn Bhd
We refer to our announcements dated 31.10.2016, 25.1.2017 and 21.4.2017.

The Board of Directors of Encorp wishes to announce that the MOU will lapse upon its expiry on 31 July 2017 ("MOU expiry") and the parties to the MOU have mutually and amicably agreed not to further extend the validity period of the MOU.

Upon the MOU expiry, neither party shall have any claim against the other, save and except for any antecedent claim.

The MOU expiry will not have any material financial impact on the Encorp Group.

土展局换3代表
依沙卸任Encorp主席


2017年8月16日
(八打灵再也15日讯)ENCORP(ENCORP,6076,主板产业股)宣布,因大股东联邦土地发展局(Felda)撤换代表,前土展创投(FGV,5222,主板种植股)主席丹斯里莫哈末依沙已卸下Encorp主席一职。

根据文告,另两名非独立及非执行董事,拿督诺艾沙奴丁和拿督哈纳皮苏哈达也因相同原因卸下职务。

两人同时也是大马糖厂(MSM,5202,主板消费产品股)的董事。

不过,公司尚未公布接班的主席人选。Felda现通过子公司联邦土地发展局投资机构(FIC),持有Encorp 70.82%股权。

土展创投爆发纠纷

早前,因爆发董事部与管理层纠纷,首相拿督斯里纳吉宣布莫哈末依沙辞去土展创投主席一职。

另一方面,Felda委任了3名来自FIC的董事,分别是拿督赛莫哈末赛伊布拉欣、拿督木扎米尔莫诺和胡赛因伊斯迈尔,担任非独立及非执行董事。

其中,赛莫哈末现在是依斯干达海滨控股私人有限公司的总裁兼总执行长,而木扎米尔则是Felda的副局长和土展创投的董事。

胡赛因伊斯迈尔则是在今年4月和7月时,分别被委任为FIC和艾力斯(IRIS,0010,创业板)的董事。【e南洋】
