（吉隆坡26日讯）受销售成长、盈利赚幅增加及其他营运收入带动，大马7-Eleven控股（SEM，5250，主板贸服股）截至6月30日次季净利按年增4.29%。

该控股次季净赚1640万5000令吉或每股1.47仙；营业额则增14.23%，达4亿7228万2000令吉。

至于首半年业绩，净利按年增10.21%，报2803万3000令吉；营业额则上扬13.7%，达9亿2535万5000令吉。

与蚬壳油站纠纷和解 7 -Eleven营运至2016

（吉隆坡16日讯）吉隆坡高庭宣布“和解判决”（consent judgment），大马7-Eleven控股（SEM，5250，主板贸服股）旗下便利商店可在34个蚬壳油站持续营运至2016年6月。

自2012年3月开始，公司与大马蚬壳贸易私人有限公司出现租赁纠纷。

大马7-Eleven控股起诉大马蚬壳贸易，因质疑租赁协议是否有效和有约束力。

今日，大马7-Eleven控股发文告表示，双方在无需承担责任的情况下，已达到和解。

公司能够持续以目前的租金持续租用34个蚬壳油站，但必须从2015年7月开始把租用的地点逐步交还给大马蚬壳。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡21日讯）收入增加带动，大马7-Eleven控股（SEM，5250，主板贸服股）截至9月底第三季，净赚1712万5000令吉，上财年为819万3000令吉，暴涨近1倍。

该公司向马交所报备，随着新店增加、产品组合改善、加上消费者促销活动，第三季营业额扬11.67%，录得4亿8728万4000令吉，上财年为4亿3637万6000令吉。

同时，该公司指出，广告开销减少，大马7-Eleven控股第三季，行政和其他营运开销下滑390万令吉或16.2%。

因新店增加，且各分店销售额持续提升，截至首9个月内，大马7-Eleven控股净利累积达4515万8000令吉，涨幅34.3%；营业额则达14亿1198万令吉，增12.9%。

截至9月底，旗下的7-Eleven便利商店分店共达1677间；且各分店的销售额增长率达4.5%。

该公司将持续强化7-Eleven便利商店作为国内便利商店领导的地位，同时积极提升销售生产力和营运效率，所以放眼现财年内，表现将令人满意。

7-11擴展計劃展望正面

（吉隆坡24日訊）7-11控股（SEM,5250,主板貿服組）第三季淨利按年成長109%，表現強勁，普遍符合市場預期，部份分析員認為該公司的擴展計劃及改進的產品結構會引導7-11控股未來的正面發展。

第三季淨利符預期

按年比較，7-11控股淨利在其他營業收入增加、營運成本下跌32%及有效稅率減低的情況下成長109%至1千710萬令吉，3季累計淨利也成長了46%至4千500萬令吉，目前已達分析員全年預測的70%。

此外，該公司第三季營業額也因分行增加、產品結構及促銷見效的情況下成長了11.7%至4億8千730萬令吉，3季累計營業額則成長13%。

馬銀行研究表示，儘管目前本地的零售業市場顯得軟弱，但估計該公司的擴展計劃及改善的產品結構可令其逆勢成長。

7-11控股與一觸即通卡（Touch n go）合作已在全國開跑，並已經與一家賬單支付服務提供商合作，會在將來逐步推出。

興業研究表示，7-11控股的表現符合預期，認為該公司的擴展計劃會持續正面地帶動該公司的成長。

興業表示，7-11控股的分行擴展計劃進行順利，目前已擁有1千677家分行，在第三季里一共加開了54家，預計這將對該公司第四季營業額做出貢獻。

相對地，聯昌研究認為該公司的擴展計劃不符合預設的進度，及很難在今年達成2千家分行的目標。

此外，聯昌也認為該公司9個月淨利成長比預期遜色及消費者開銷縮小，預計7-11控股不能達成該行預計的3年29%的複合年均增長率。

7-Eleven与马电讯和Astro签约 提供还账单服务

（吉隆坡26日讯）大马7-Eleven控股透露，已经与马电讯和Astro签约，提供账单支付服务，未来将积极加强店面内部服务的基建。

同时，大马7-Eleven控股也披露，正与其他电力和能源服务供应商接洽。

目前，该公司与一触即通（Touch‧n Go）公司合作进行营销活动，带动分店里的一触即通服务每月持续成长。

至于账单支付服务，管理层也表示，已和马电讯和Astro签约，并预计在12月推出试点服务。

此外，公司有意和亚洲航空（AIRASIA，5099，主板贸服股）或Tune保险（TUNEINS，5230，主板金融股）合作提供电子商务服务，提升飞机餐和保费付款服务。

此外，公司仍在检讨建立自家综合分销中心的计划，因目前需要更多时间了解产品需求和产品组合的变化。

为了扩展食品服务的计划，公司也在探讨着不同的方案，包括新鲜食品和冷藏食品。

另外，管理层表示，开设分店的拓展计划速度将放慢，今年新开的分店将略少于200家，不过，要在2016年杪达到600家新分店的目标。

截至第三季，共有137家分店重新粉刷，仍朝着今年杪目标200家前进。

两年财测下修

马银行投行指，大马7-Eleven控股首九个月净利大涨，主要是因为出现总值380万令吉的一次过拨备回记（Provision writeback）。

若扣除该笔数额，预计净利比预期少，所以决定下调净利预测。

大马7-Eleven控股第三季净利达1712万5000令吉，按年暴涨近1倍；首9个月净利累积达4515万8000令吉，涨幅34.3%；马银行投行表示，把大马7-Eleven控股第三季出现的一次过拨备回记，以及较低的同店销售增长率（SSSG）预测计算在内，决定把公司2014和2015财测，分别下调2%至3%。

此外，投行也把2015和2016财年同店销售增长率预测，从之前的5.2%和6%，调低至4.6%和5.4%。

因此，把目标价格调低至1.73令吉，之前为1.78令吉。

美哥伦比亚瓦格纳减持 不再是7-11大股东

（吉隆坡24日讯）美国哥伦比亚瓦格纳资产管理公司（Columbia Wagner Asset Management），不再是大马7-11控股（SEM，5250，主板贸服股）的大股东。

根据文告，哥伦比亚瓦格纳资产管理旗下的保健雇员退休金、瓦格纳国际，以及哥伦比亚Acorn国际，周二（20日）减持大马7-11控股股权。

该资产管理公司原本间接持有6299万3100股，周二共脱售269万5900股，剩下6029万7200股，相等于缴足资本的4.89%。

哥伦比亚瓦格纳资产管理去年6月握有5.64%股权，但7月开始逐步减持大马7-11控股。

相关公司哥伦比亚管理投资顾问（Columbia Management Investment Advisers），以及美国金融顾问Ameriprise金融，也从大股东行列除名。

全国最大便利店业者大马7-11控股，是在去年5月杪上市马交所。该股周五以1.38令吉挂收，跌3仙或2.13%。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡6日讯）大马7-11控股（SEM，5250，主板贸服股）耗资712万令吉，于全国1700家分店安装LED节能灯管，料每年可节省高达854万令吉的电费通用电气（General Electric）是该公司的灯光解决方案的顾问。

大马7-11控股是以产品、价钱、品牌和服务的遴选标准，挑选了通用电气作为该公司的合作伙伴。

大马7-11控股总执行长布朗在文告中表示：“通用电气的执行能力强，可在短促的期限内完成任务。”

通用电气表示，该公司的灯光解决方案除了能节能，也可提升客户的购物体验。

（吉隆坡27日讯）大马7-11控股（SEM，5250，主板贸服股）销售额和赚幅增加，加上开销降低，带动末季净利年增71.1%，并派发总共5.1仙股息。

大马7-11控股去年末季净利为1792万令吉，高于前年同期的1047万令吉。

相比前年的4亿2220万令吉，公司末季营业额上扬14%，至4亿8112万令吉。

公司指出，新店增加、产品组合提升、行政和其他营运开销降低，加上更多促销活动，带动末季表现。

大马7-11控股末季，也宣布派发每股2.5仙中期股息，以及2.6仙特别股息，3月13日除权，同月31日支付。

公司全年净利按年扬升43%，达到6307万令吉，前期净利为4410万令吉。
