下財年淨利料勁升71% ML環球可買進

(吉隆坡21日訊)看好未來前景,券商預計ML環球(MLGLOBAL,7595,主要板建築)2018和2019財年淨利將各成長71%和21%,並維持“買進”評級,帶動股價揚升。
興業證券研究指出,截至目前,ML環球2017財年共獲總值13億令吉的合約,正積極在可負擔房產市場取得更多工程,預計年內可再獲15億令吉合約。
2018和2019財年料可分別獲11億令吉合約。
同時,母公司林木生集團(LBS,5789,主要板房產)旗下主要房產項目,基本都頒發給ML環球。
雖然房市放緩,但林木生集團2016財年房產銷售的3年盈利複成長率(CAGR)達26%,共12億令吉。
ML環球目前擁有總值21億令吉的訂單,在母公司支撐下,未來前景可期。
“我們預計該公司2018和2019財年淨利將各成長71%和21%。同時,該股目前的交易價格為2018財年本益比的12.3倍,相信還未完全反映強勁的基本面和可觀前景。”
為此,該行維持ML環球“買進”評級,目標價1.46令吉。【中国报财经】 |

ML环球获1.5亿工程

(吉隆坡6日讯)ML环球(MLGLOBAL,7595,主板建筑股)独资子公司MITC工程私人有限公司,获颁一项总值1亿4930万令吉建筑合约。
ML环球今日向交易所报备,MITC工程获Casa Inspirasi私人有限公司颁发合约,将在彭亨金马伦区兴建综合发展项目,涵盖58单位商店办公室、一层超级市场、共158间房的9层酒店,以及2至3层停车场。
上述工程耗时36个月,预定本月开始,料在2020年10月竣工。
ML环球称,新合约将增加和加强公司和子公司的现有订单;目前,该公司未完成订单企于约21.2亿令吉。
新合约进行期间,料将贡献ML环球的净利和每股净资产,且不会影响已发行股本。【e南洋】

(i) CISB is a subsidiary of LBS Bina Group Berhad (“LBGB”) and LBGB is a major shareholder of MGB;
(ii) Tan Sri Lim Hock San, JP is the Group Managing Director of both MGB and LBGB, and a major shareholder of LBGB; and
(iii) Datuk Wira Lim Hock Guan, JP is an Executive Director of both MGB and LBGB, and a major shareholder of LBGB.

ML环球获2.7亿建筑订单

(吉隆坡7日讯)ML环球(MLGLOBAL,7595,主板建筑股)今天获得两项住宅建设项目,总值2亿7050万令吉。
ML环球向交易所报备,独资子公司MITC工程私人有限公司,从Kemudi Ehsan私人有限公司(KE公司)手中获合约,负责建设2项位于雪兰莪的依约的住宅项目,本月动工。
KE公司是林木生集团(LBS,5789,主板产业股)的子公司,林木生集团则是ML全球的大股东,持有51.37%或2亿288万股
第一个项目是建设980间的双层住宅排屋,价值为1亿3950万令吉,料在2019年4月完成;另一项为673间双层排屋,价值为1亿3100万令吉,于2019年2月完成。
随着上述订单入袋,ML环球目前手持订单达23亿9000万令吉;该项目料在建设期间,利好该公司的每股盈利和资产。【e南洋】

ML环球第三季净利飙4倍

(吉隆坡23日讯)ML环球(MLGLOBAL,7595,主板建筑股)截至九月底第三季,净利暴涨4.16倍,由去年同季的193万8000令吉,上涨至1000万5000令吉,或每股净利2.59仙。
同时,营业额飙涨18.4倍,录得1亿8525万5000令吉,去年同季为954万5000令吉。
3季赚2830万
ML环球向马交所报备,旗下业务表现之所以突飞猛进,归功于新业务产业发展和打桩业务开始贡献营收。
合计首九个月,公司净利暴增8.46倍至2829万6000令吉,或每股净利7.62令吉。上财年同期公司仅净赚298万9000令吉。
营业额也狂飙14.86倍至5亿560万1000令吉,远胜去年同期的3187万1000令吉。
展望未来,ML环球认为我国经济前景乐观,由私人投资有显著提升和众多大型基建项目即将开展可见一斑。
因此,公司对于全年业绩和长远发展的看法都相当乐观。【e南洋】

ML环球获7805万合约

(吉隆坡7日讯)ML环球(MLGLOBAL,7595,主板建筑股)获得7805万令吉合约,在双威城兴建一栋公寓。
该公司今日向交易所报备,独资子公司MITC工程私人有限公司接获LCB管理私人有限公司的得标书,兴建一栋24层高公寓。
该公寓共有359单位,和裙楼设施、4层停车场和1层半地下停车场。
ML环球预计,工程耗时24个月,12月开始,后年12月竣工。

ML环球终止金马伦公寓项目
2017年12月10日
(吉隆坡9日讯)ML环球(MLGLOBAL,7595,主板建筑股)与Pelangi Kolonel私人有限公司(PKSB)同意终止7644万令吉合约,暂不发展金马仑服务式公寓、酒店与办公室,即日起生效。
该公司昨天向交易所报备,终止合约的理由是,PKSB决定延迟发展项目,2月起已要求暂停工程,也没有设下开工日期。
独资子公司MITC工程私人有限公司,是于去年2月15日获得上述合约。
除了PKSB还未支付给MITC的154万令吉设计费,双方同意不会因终止合约而向对方索偿。
ML环球指出,终止合约影响未来的营业额与盈利,手握订单也缩减至23亿令吉。【e南洋】

The Termination of LA will have no effect on the issued share capital of the Company but it will cease to contribute to the future revenue and profit of the Group. Upon the Termination of LA, the Group’s current outstanding order book is of approximately RM2.30 billion.
None of the Directors, major shareholders of MGB and/or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Termination of LA.

280万购MCD公司
创建获柔PPA1M项目
2018年1月6日
(吉隆坡5日讯)创建集团(MGB,7595,主板建筑股)透过收购股权,获得在柔佛的一马公务员房屋计划(PPA1M)的发展项目。
创建集团今天向交易所报备,独资子公司MGB置地私人有限公司,与拿督彭势博与拿督郭志雄(皆译音)达成股权脱售协议。
据该协议,MGB置地从两位卖家手中,以280万令吉或每股9.33令吉,购下Multi Court Developers私人有限公司(简称“MCD公司”)全数股权,共30万股。
完成后,MCD公司将成为创建集团独资子公司。
MCD公司创建于2015年5月,是一家产业发展公司,持有位于柔佛峇株巴辖总面积9.352顷的发展土地,截至本月2日的价值为2200万令吉。
在去年5月29日,MCD公司接获来自PPA1M相关单位批准,在上述土地建设PPA1M项目,共有365间双层排屋单位。
据文告,该项目发展总值为9350万令吉,MCD公司也从PPA1M机构获得1460万令吉的贷款来发展该项目,预计今年次季动工,2020年完成。
创建集团指出,这项收购能为公司巩固来自建筑和产业发展业务的盈利表现。
值得留意的是,MCD公司早前与Konwa Industrial Sewing Machine(马)私人有限公司(简称“KISM公司”),为该发展项目达成联营协议,后者为此投入1300万令吉。
如今,双方愿意终止上述联营协议,MCD也同意退回该笔款项给KISM公司,而MGB置地也愿意协助偿还当中的430万令吉。【e南洋】

创建集团(MGB,7595,主板建筑股)以280万令吉或每股9.33令吉,购下Multi Court Developers私人有限公司(MCD)全数股权。
MCD已获得柔佛峇株巴辖一马公务员房屋计划(PPA1M)合约,发展总值9350万令吉,料次季施工,2020年竣工。
行家建议
这项交易合理,因为地皮成本约2010万令吉,占发展总值的19%。
通过这项交易,创建集团可直接与PPA1M打交道,而不是通过中间人。与PPA1M建立良好记录和关系后,这将提高未来获得相似项目的机会。
纳入PPA1M项目的工程进度款及较高利息开销后,上调今明财年净利预测,分别达5.8%及4.6%。
由于市场缺乏可负担房屋,预计该PPA1M项目在今财年会达到90%销售。
同时,相信接下来该集团取得更多PPA1M或其他可负担项目的几率不错。
调整分类加总估值法(SOP)计算模式后,提高建筑业务本益比至16倍,并加入产业业务,维持“买入”评级,提高目标价至2.05令吉。
创建集团的未来盈利有23亿令吉订单支撑,今财年13亿令吉新增订单目标有母公司林木生集团(LBS,5789,主板产业股)22亿令吉新推介支撑。

今年来產业销售7.2亿 林木生全年18亿可期

(吉隆坡5日讯)林木生集团(LBS,5789,主板產业股)截至目前已取得约7.2亿令吉的產业销售,所以该集团有信心年初设下的18亿令吉销售可达標。
林木生集团兼创建集团(MGB,7595,主板建筑股)董事经理丹斯里林福山在今天出席创建集团的股东大会后,对《东方財经》记者如此指出。
他说,「我们有信心今年杪可取得18亿令吉的销售。」
针对希盟政府入驻布城后实行的几项惠民政策,如6月份起將消费税(GST)降至0%,林福山表示,这將减轻人民的经济负担,长期而言亦有利于房產市场的发展。
「新政府正如火如荼地修復前朝留下的漏洞,包括取消了一些大型项目和削减政府开销,这是重振国家经济的第一步。国家经济復兴以后,林木生集团和创建集团自然也能从中受惠。」
另外,他也希望在销售与服务税(SST)还未实行的这3个月期间,材料价格会稍微回调,同时他也希望国家银行能考虑放宽房贷条例,让消费者更容易购买房子。
至于对林木生集团旗下子公司--创建集团的前景和展望,他说,由于创建集团的兴建工程大部份来自林木生集团,因此创建集团的兴衰与林木生集团的表现息息相关。
林氏也称,「未来创建集团会视新政府推出的政策,谨慎地参与政府的一些竞標活动,如可负担房屋兴建计划。」
他相信,这对创建集团的未来將是非常好的发展。
与此同时,创建集团执行董事兼首席执行员拿督林立杰也透露,目前该公司已参与竞標的项目总计为7亿令吉,而手握合约总值为21亿令吉,可支撑公司两年的盈利表现。
他说,「虽然此前受大选影响,公司参与的好几项竞標项目遭到展延,但这对今年的营收並不会有太大的影响,因为公司手上已握有21亿令吉的项目合约。」【东方网财经】 |
