（吉隆坡18日讯）由于旗下业务营收普遍走高，峇都加湾（BKAWAN，1899，主板种植股）截至9月30日末季，净利按年涨27%，同时宣布派发每股35仙的终期股息。

该公司末季净赚1亿1533万2000令吉，超越去年同期的9082万9000令吉。

营业额则从去年同期的28亿7004万令吉，增至40亿4200万3000令吉，涨幅40.83%。

不过全年净利则下挫7.04%，至4亿8484万令吉；反观营业额则走扬22.22%，报140亿5530万8000令吉。

该公司将于明年3月17日支付中期股息，除权日为明年2月22日。

峇都加湾指出，根据目前的原棕股价格，相信集团2016财年的种植业务盈利，将会和上财年持平。

尽管面对艰巨的营运环境，公司认为油脂化学业务的盈利将会走好，因即将投产的新厂房，以及营运效率和生产效率的提升。

巴都加灣歸股東稅後盈利減7%

●業績表現
巴都加灣（BKAWAN,1899,主板種植組）截至2015年9月30日的財政年，納入吉隆坡甲洞的業績，集團取得12億4千萬令吉的稅前盈利，比之前一年的14億1千萬令吉少，營業額140億5千萬令吉，比上一年的114億9千萬令吉多22%。

此外，歸股東稅後盈利介於4億8千484萬令吉，比之前的5億2千154萬令吉少7%，每股盈利119仙，前期則是126.9仙。



●年報摘要
巴都加灣在已結束的財政年，盈利賺幅下跌主要是橡膠與棕油的價格較低，來自吉隆坡甲洞石油化學製造業務的貢獻也比較少，同時，棕油和橡膠存貨偏高，造成價格處於偏低水平。

由於盈利下跌、商品價格偏低，董事局建議分發每股35仙的終期股息，加上中期股息每股15仙，意即2015財政年派發每股50仙的股息。

巴都加灣主要子公司吉隆坡甲洞營業額136億4千萬令吉，不過，稅前盈利113億令吉，比前期的131億令吉減少13%，歸股東盈利8億6千990萬令吉，比前期的9億9千170萬令吉少12%。

商品價格偏低，種植業務盈利下跌24%至7億6千680萬令吉，前期取得10億1千萬令吉，氣候欠佳、農產品收成也不理想，特別是油棕，因此，預期的新鮮棕果產量並未達成。

集團旗下石油化學業務面臨挑戰性的一年，原料價格波動激烈，在比利時和德國的石油化學業務收購計劃，預料將能輔助集團的歐洲石油化學資產，以便改善供應鏈。

此外，產業組的業務繼續發展，Bandar Seri Coalfield城鎮的發展已進入第二階段，至今，銷售業績保持可期，在最近的將來，巴生河流域的產業領域走勢將放緩。

與此同時，集團的化學與相關物流運作取得7千430萬令吉，比上一年減少12%，在種植業務方面，集團獲政府批准並完成收購印尼PT TekukurIndah的90%股權，後者在加里曼丹以東擁有2千911公頃的未栽種土地，這片土地將用來栽種油棕，為現有種植業務帶來經濟效益。

另一方面，巴都加灣通過其公司，在澳洲投資4項產業發展計劃，其中兩項靠近墨爾本，另外兩項則靠近西澳的柏斯。

（吉隆坡17日讯）从脱售种植地给联号公司中取得4亿8569万令吉的收益，带动峇都加湾（BKAWAN，1899，主板种植股）截至12月31日首季，净利按年激增2.31倍。

集团首季净赚3亿8753万令吉，或相等于每股净利95.38仙，高于上财年同季的1亿1695万令吉或28.63仙。

同时，除了产业发展业务因市场放缓而蒙受微小亏损外，其他业务，包括种植、制造和油脂化学业务，盈利皆有所增长。

随着提炼和棕仁压榨厂的贡献获得改善，且棕仁和橡胶售价提高，带动种植业务的盈利增长12%。

首季营业额增38%

此外，集团首季营业额从32亿1455万令吉，按年增长38.44%，达44亿5026万令吉，主要是因为旗下业务普遍取得较高营业额。

峇都加湾表示，2016财年种植业务预计将面对挑战，因经济展望疲弱，且油籽供应充足，将压制原棕油价格。

虽然营运环境艰难，但集团预计，油脂化学业务的盈利将提高，因主要厂房的新增产能全面投产，以及持续提升营运效率和生产力。

（吉隆坡16日讯）种植和产业业务表现欠佳，拖累峇都加湾（BKAWAN，1899，主板种植股）截至3月31日次季净利按年下跌21.88%，并派发每股15仙中期单层股息。

集团次季净赚9443万5000令吉，或每股净利23.26仙，低于上财年同季的1亿2089万令吉或每股29.62仙。

峇都加湾旗下种植业务盈利减少21%，主要是因为外汇亏损，但棕油处理营运表现获得改善有助减轻盈利跌势。

受累于产业市场放缓，产业发展业务盈利锐减82.88%。

至于制造业盈利则显著增加60.86%。

此外，集团次季营业额按年增长20.72%，达38亿1445万令吉。

RAM重申峇都加湾
AA1/稳定评级

（吉隆坡26日讯）大马评估机构（RAM）重申峇都加湾（BKAWAN，1899，主板种植股）旗下最高5亿令吉回教中期票据计划的“AA1/稳定”的评级。

文告指出，虽然该公司的信贷表现未达预期，且未来一至两年将持续疲弱，但公司拥有充裕的现金储备和稳健的资产负债表，足以抵消该负面因素。

为了推高现金水平，该公司走高的营运资本，也导致该公司需要借贷来融资，而这也将3月杪的负债推高至48.4亿令吉。

不仅如此，负债率也扬至0.42倍，惟仍相对保守。

截至3月杪，峇都加湾的净现金企于21.4亿令吉，有能力应对同期20.3亿令吉的短期债务。

稳健业务支撑

大马评估机构表示，“AA1”的评级，将持续由该公司稳健的业务组合所支撑，其中包括在大马和印尼超过20万公顷的已种植油棕面积。

再加上中国和欧洲的下游资产，其强稳的区域综合种植业者地位，能在原棕油价格处于下行周期时提供缓冲。

种植与制造业收入走高
峇都交湾表现有改善

（吉隆坡18日讯）峇都交湾有限公司（BKAWAN，1899，种植组）宣布，在截至2016年6月30日止的税前利润，由去年同季的3亿3494万令吉，增长7%至3亿5731万令吉。

收入方面则由之前的36亿3913万令吉，增长11%至40亿4345万令吉。

该公司向大马交易所报备时表示，此季的表现有所改善，归功于种植及制造业支臂所录得的高额收入。

种植业支臂的盈利录得2亿1163万令吉，相比于去年同季的1亿8946万令吉，高涨了12%，受惠于期货价格走高以及未兑换净外汇收益。

制造业支臂则录得1亿4059万令吉，比去年同季仅有7791万令吉的盈利显著增长，而这是基于高涨了21%的收入，相比于去年的16亿9152万令吉，增至20亿5285万令吉，归功于销售量的提升。油脂化学支臂的盈利也由去年所录得的5691万令吉改善至9947万令吉，而化学支臂方面则录得3723万令吉，相比于去年的1793万令吉来得高。另外，相比于去年所录得的776万令吉，房地产发展支臂在此季仅录得513万令吉的盈利，这是基于收入由去年同季的2898万令吉，下跌16%至2421万令吉，受累于房产市场的放缓。

展望未来，该集团预计，在截至2016年9月30日止财政年将会取得令人满意的收入，主要是受惠于目前原棕油价格的弹性，再加上预期中将会复苏的油棕鲜果串产量。尽管面对严峻的市场环境，该集团预期，油脂化学支臂在截至2016财年的盈利将是有利的，特别是基于厂房扩充所带来的额外产能，同时再加上营运效率及生产率的提升。至于化学支臂方面，氯碱（chlor-alkali）生产业务预期将会维持令人满意的水平，而硫酸（sulphuric acid）业务则会基于海外入口的竞争而面临挑战。

巴都加湾末季净利涨69%．派息40仙

（吉隆坡16日讯）受到旗下3大核心业务皆取得较高营业额推动，巴都加湾（BKAWAN，1899，主板种植组）截至2016年9月30日为止第四季净利激涨68.84%至1亿9473万4000令吉，前期净利为1亿1533万2000令吉。

第四季营业额为46亿6108万9000令吉，较前期的40亿4200万3000令吉，增长15.31%。该公司建议派发每股40仙的股息。

全年净利涨70%

同期间，该公司全年净利涨70.19%至8亿2516万8000令吉，前期净利为4亿8484万令吉。

全年营业额则为169亿6925万1000令吉，较前期的140亿5530万8000令吉增长20.73%。

该公司种植业务第四季盈利起20%、全年起7%，主要是原棕油价格走高。制造业务第四季盈利走低，全年则显著走高至4亿3040万令吉，主要是营业额走高所致。产业业务第四季盈利走高至1925万令吉，全年则下跌53%至2863万令吉。

文告指出，该公司2017财政年的种植业务表现料令人满意，因原棕油及相关产品价格企稳及鲜果串产量改善。惟制造业务则因市况困难而持续具挑战。整体而言，该公司预期2017财政年的业绩将令人满意。

大马投行研究：峇都加湾是被低估的瑰宝

（吉隆坡3日讯）大马投资银行研究（AmInvestment Bank Research）就峇都加湾（Batu Kawan Bhd）发布一份未评级研究报告，认为该股是一块被低估的瑰宝。

该券商在今日的研究报告指出，剔除峇都加湾（市值达83亿令吉）在吉隆坡甲洞（Kuala Lumpur Kepong Bhd，KLK）持有的46.6%股权，后者市值达121亿令吉，市场似乎并没为峇都加湾的其他资产附加任何价值。

“我们预估，峇都加湾的化工和产业资产的净资产价值为6亿360万令吉。以公司层面来计算，峇都加湾握有2亿9440万令吉的现金总额，以及5亿令吉的贷款。”

峇都加湾目前的交易价格比每股28.90令吉的实际净资产价值（RNAV）折价34.3%。

大马投行研究表示，假设一家控股公司折价20%，峇都加湾的交易价格仍比其实际净资产价值大幅折价17.9%。

如今，峇都加湾以2016财政年本益比（PE）25.2倍来交易，假设峇都加湾2017财年的净利温和增长10%，该集团将以2017财年22.9倍的本益比来交易。

相较之下，吉隆坡甲洞2017财年的本益比为24.6倍。有鉴于此，峇都加湾比吉隆坡甲洞还较为便宜。

“剔除吉隆坡甲洞之外，峇都加湾的主要业务活动为化工，也涉及种植及产业业务。”

峇都加湾是大马最大型的氯碱（chlor-alkali）化工产品生产商，其中包括氯（chlorine）、苛性钠（caustic soda）和盐酸（hydrochloric acid）。化工业务为该集团2016财年贡献4亿1700万令吉的营业额，以及1亿670万令吉的税前盈利。

峇都加湾每年可生产11万6000吨苛性钠。该集团的市占率估计为55%至60%，平均使用率近90%。峇都加湾的化工厂房座落于霹雳和登嘉楼。

目前，峇都加湾在东加里曼丹（East Kalimantan）拥有7758公顷的种植地库，以及5278公顷的种植面积。该集团正在为另外2030公顷的地段申请耕作权（Hak Guna Usaha）执照。

大马投行研究指出，峇都加湾的种植业务2016财年录得8540万令吉的营业额，并蒙受570万令吉的税前亏损。

该券商披露，该集团的吉隆坡甲洞大楼（Menara KLK）座落于珍珠白沙罗（Mutiara Damansara），同时也在澳洲墨尔本和柏斯作产业投资。

（吉隆坡14日讯）比较基础高，峇都加湾（BKAWAN，1899，主板种植股）截至12月31日首季，净利按年跌49%至1亿9754万3000令吉，或每股净利48.77仙。

该公司今日向马交所报备，按季比较，税前净利大涨99%至5亿1380万令吉，因原产品价格上扬以及原棕油和棕仁销售量增加。

种植、制造与产业发展业务营业额增加，该公司营业额按年升26.5%，报56亿2992万令吉。

峇都加湾指，由于鲜果串产量预测走高，与远期销售可持续至次季，2017财年种植业务表现应该不错。【e南洋】

峇都加湾次季净利飙73%
派息15仙

（吉隆坡22日讯）随着种植业务表现报捷，带动峇都加湾（BKAWAN，1899，主板种植股）截至3月31日次季，净利按年激增73%，并宣布派发每股15仙中期单层股息。

该集团首季净赚1亿6332万令吉，或每股净利40.34仙，上财年同季净利达9444万令吉，或每股23.26仙。

峇都加湾称，原棕油及棕榈仁售价走高，及鲜果串产量增加，带动种植业务盈利显著增加。

不过，制造业盈利却按年减少34%，其中油脂化学（Oleochemical）业务盈利因为面对原料成本价格走高，而下跌50%；化学业务则因为更高售价及销量增加，而取得较高盈利。

此外，产业发展业务的盈利则减少。

该集团首季营业额按年提高47%至56亿394万令吉。

合计首半年净利按年减少25%至3亿6086万令吉，或每股89.14仙；营业额则提高36%，达112亿3386万令吉。

吉隆甲洞次季赚2.9亿

另一方面，子公司吉隆甲洞（KLK，2445，主板种植股）截至3月31日次季，净利按年激增72%，达2亿8957万令吉或每股27.20仙，归功于种植业务取得良好的表现。

同时，营业额按年增长48%至54亿7092万令吉。

派息15仙

合计上半年净利却按年减少33%至6亿5025万令吉，或每股61.10仙；而营业额则提高36%，达109亿6707万令吉。

该集团亦宣布派发每股15仙中期单层股息。

吉隆甲洞指，目前原棕油价格已从近期的高水平回落，并预计产量增加或进一步影响原棕油价格。

不过，由于集团已取得远期销售，所以预计种植业务将表现更佳。

展望未来，峇都加湾与吉隆甲洞皆认为，2017财年的盈利会令人满意。【e南洋】

巴都加湾增持Malay-Sino至54.9%

（吉隆坡28日讯）巴都加湾（BKAWAN,1899,主板种植组）斥资1773万9000令吉增持Malay-Sino化学工业公司的2.38%股权，以加强控制权。

巴都加湾发表文告说，上述关联人士交易完成后，该公司的直接持股将提高到54.9%，并透过间接独资子公司Enternal Edge掌握31.6%股权。
