（吉隆坡5日讯）为了配合重组计划，COMPUGT（COMPUGT，5037，主板贸服股）已从上周五（1日），对部分员工执行自愿离职计划（VSS）。
COMPUGT今日向马交所报备，考量到目前的营运成本结构和经济情况挑战，决定执行该项计划，以削减成本和优化劳动力。
此外，该公司总经理黄乐君（译音）接受自愿离职计划，请辞总经理一职。
黄乐君自2001年起加入该集团金融领域，并在公司的贸易与分销业务的销售与市场领域展开职业生涯，共持有该公司2013万2700股。【e南洋】

The Board of Directors of Compugates wishes to announce that its sub-subisidary, Compugates Development And Mining Sdn Bhd (“CDMSB”) has on 14 February 2018 received an undertaking letter from Jade Classic Sdn Bhd to accept and undertake the Land on an “as is where is basis and with vacant possession”. The Board of Directors of Compugates wishes to announce that CDMSB has on 8 May 2019 served a letter to formally terminate the Joint Venture Agreement dated 18 August 2015 entered into with MUSB.
