对, share margin 的确会是在CCRIS report列为commitment. 每家银行的计算法是不同.

薪水:一个月4300USD 没有epf,sosco,income tax 工作是合约性质,每年续约。薪水直接进马来西亚户口。
Fixed Allowance:1200USD
房贷:RM2600
车贷:没有
卡债:Installment RM250
PTPTN : RM300
请问在国外工作,银行是怎样评估credit scoring的?可以做什么增加credit scoring?银行一般算USD的exchange rate是多少?

CIMB 是高,但不一定容易过。
需要看你的PERSONAL PROFILE 才可以明确的知道

2. 就是说,你用现钱买了屋子。 现在你要贷款, 就把你的银行REFINANCED抵押去一间银行拿贷款
可以做到

我之前有连名借house loan两次, 但是屋子不是我的名的,commitment是不是loan amount除一半呢?
那如果我要联名再买多一间屋子不就很难了?即使和我联名的是first buyer

你好
1. 对,当你联名借贷款LOAN,但是 SPA 不是你的名。 意思是,你欠银行钱一半,你和你的伙伴。 但是屋子不属于你的。
所以,COMMITMENT 是一半
2. 如果你现在本身有联名购买两间房屋, 你借第3个贷款,最高是70%。
难不难借,我需要检验了你的 PERSONAL FINANCIAL PROFILE, 帮你算了才可以知道你借不借得到70%MAX 的贷款
