看看这招有用吗：I have 3 Sky phones (A600S, A710K, A690S). The first thing I always do when I reset the phones to factory default is to go to Settings > Wireless and Networks > Mobile Data Settings > Access Point Names then create a new APN by pressing option button (hardware button below the screeen) > New APN. I use Sun so I give it the name "sunbroadband" and the apn "minternet" (without quotes). I then select the apn by pressing the radio button because it is not selected by default. Without a selected APN, the phone will not connect to a 3G network.
