隐忧是没有成交量的支持
看好处是: 图看上来是MACD 上穿,并站在5 & 10日线上
并且bollinger band 打开了
不过过去有骗线行为,并且庄家近期收到低过0。285的货的机会并不多吧?

N2N Connect Plans To Invest US$1 Million In Europe Expansion
KUALA LUMPUR, May 7 (Bernama) -- N2N Connect Bhd, an integrated e-commerce security trading and mobile commerce solutions provider, plans to invest about US$1 million (US$1.00=RM3.15) for its Europe expansion this year, managing director Andrew Tiang Boon Hwa said on Wednesday.
"Three to four European-based broker companies have come to us and seem interested to deploy what we have," he told reporters after the company's annual general meeting here.
The Mesdaq-listed company was still in the midst of discussions with the companies concerned, he said.
N2N Connect has expanded its business to Singapore, the Middle East, Vietnam, Hong Kong, China and Indonesia.
Currently, the overseas business contributes about 30 percent to its total revenue with the remaining 70 percent from local operations.
Tiang said a stronger contribution was expected from the company's 51 percent owned unit, N2N Arabia, as the capital market there was growing fast with about 10 million retail investors.
He said N2N Connect was targeting regional expansion but also aimed to grow locally, especially following the initiatives introduced by Bursa Malaysia such as direct market access and retail bond and derivatives trading.
"Regional markets are growing and need solutions while Malaysia is also continuing to grow as it is upgrading the local capital market. The momentum will keep us busy," he added.
N2N Connect markets its core enterprise-wide integrated e-commerce securities trading solutions to local stockbroking firms and banks.
Its products and services range from online trading portals within the stockbroking industry, hosting and managing network services to wealth and risk management solutions and mobile commerce solutions.
On N2N Connect's performance this year, Tiang said the company expects its growth momentum to remain strong.
For the financial year ended Dec 31, 2007, N2N Connect posted a higher pre-tax profit of RM20.97 million compared to RM10.07 million in 2006.
The company is expected to announce its first-quarter results by end of this month.
Asked whether N2N Connect has plans to transfer to the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia, Tiang said the company was qualified but the board has yet to make any decision.
"The board has yet to decide whether it is time for us to join the Main Board but certainly the option is always there," he said.

N2N 的 PR 和 Finance 部门绝对 " 一流 ". 看看他们的 press release 和财务报告就知道我的意思. 但是讲到系统开发技术嘛 ... 也蛮历害 ... 抄人家的.
他们最喜欢到处去跟人家签合作的 MOU 来做 show, 不久后又跟人家取消合作关系. 看看他们过去在 Bursa 的 announcement 就知道了.
他们也绝对须要向外国发展因为 ... 在本地可能站不住脚. 投资一百万美金, 看来今年的账会比较容易报吧.
看看去年的收入, 先不看那三十巴仙靠外国市场的收入因为没办法比较. 如照他们所说的,七十巴仙的收入靠本地的市场, 就是有超过两千两百万的营业额. 比起 EFORCE 的千二万多了一倍. 但是他的客戶可能还不到 EFORCE 的三分一. 除非他真的有五六万的 Mobile Connect 用戶每个月傻傻付二十块的费用那还有可能. 但是五六万的用戶那里找? 不知他们有没有报这个数字给 Bursa. 有的话 Bursa 每年就多賺百多万了.

我觉得这类软体公司没什么长期竞争的能力。就象锁螺丝兄讲的,你的系统开发的好,人家还是可以抄袭,没什么智慧产权 (界面看起来都一样,code可能写得不一样)。采用你的系统的银行和证券公司,还是可以随时更换你的系统的(可能会麻烦一点),所以你不敢开高价。因此我觉得这类软体公司不适合长期投资。 |

好的公司应该是有pricing power的,举例产品例如Milo。Milo的价钱已经起了好多次,消费者还是照样买她。
Milo的客户是大众消费者,Milo的价钱起的25%,消费者还是照买,因为Milo的价钱占消费者的开销的很小比例;
如果EFORCE要起他的fee的25%,假设1%起到1.25%,她的客户 (银行和证券公司)就会通通跑掉。
pricing power和客户的种类是评估公司的重要因素范围。
