吃这么多减肥产品，就一定会有副作用的lo
积极的减肥，为什么不从饮食方面下手呢？
瘦得快就会反弹得快的lo，减肥要靠定力和认真，不然你吃了瘦了，不保持还是会肥回去的
看来楼主要先调理身体先才瘦身了。不然身体都被搞坏了。
不介意楼主可以透露现在的身高，体重吗？

为什么我会肥。。因为我每天一餐都要吃几碗饭，我是天生的饭桶，菜吃很少，白饭却吃了一碗又接一碗！我不爱吃零食，不爱吃甜点！我却非常钟情白饭和面类！一天只吃三餐，并没用时常吃宵夜！！不明白为什么会越吃越胖？？

说实在.....一天吃六粒减肥药已经不算是积极....而是病态了
要注意健康啊~~有什么感觉不舒服的就要减量了......

饭慢慢地减少分量。。
