合成工业股票拆细1变2

（吉隆坡）合成工业（HUPSENG,5024,主板消费品组）计划进行股票拆细，提昇股东利益和市场流通性。

合成工业发文告表示，建议把每股面值1令吉股票分拆至2股每股面值50仙股票，促使其缴足资本从截至今年11月10日止的6000万令吉，由6000万股普通股组成扩大至1亿2000万股股票，每股面值50仙；而註册股本则从1亿令吉，由1亿股每股面值1令吉股票，分细至2亿股每股面值50仙股票组成。

合成工业指出，相关股票分拆计划將不会对公司市值带来影响，但股票市价將在计划完成后立即削半，让公司股价更具负担力，同时提昇市场流通性。

“此外，相关股票分拆计划將让现有股东在股权不变情况下增加手中持股。”

与此同时，配合上述计划，合成工业也计划修改公司章程。

首三季净利扬59.6%

合成工业同时宣佈截至2009年9月30日止，首三季净利增加59.6%至2000零8万4000令吉，前期为1258万3000令吉。

营业额却下跌8.8%至1亿5929万5000令吉，前期为1亿7323万8000令吉。

第三季净利也增加39.77%至496万9000令吉，前期是355万5000令吉。

基於现金水平稳健，合成工业宣佈60%的派息率政策，以回馈股东。

    据我所知，它的大老板，老苏已经早两三年前渐渐放手让他的公子爷接手，hwatai 能不能翻身可要看这位苏公子了。

In-comix的其他产品是不错的，姜茶，红枣茶，绿茶 ，菊花茶这些。
不过如果说和super的产品比较的话，它是输在咖啡和麦片。
他的KERK也不是说很畅销，除了Cheese的。
至于，PINGPONG的饼干应该说是家喻户晓的。
全部饼干里面，就是较较饼最销。不过它公司只爽丢便宜给hypermarket. 普通hypermarket卖3.2-3.3(不知道econsave是不是) 普通商店来本也要多几毛。
他们公司的salesman也有投诉，不过公司就是不肯丢低便宜给商店(这个月的要拿50箱而且扣完还比hypermarket贵的说 哈哈
纯粹说说自己的感想(不敢用到分享)。 也不怕大家知道他的来价。

个人几个月前有进了一点在手。 现在的价钱是有赚了而且还有股息（虽然比去年低了很多)，但是因为本人很喜欢吃它的饼干所以就买咯。加上市场上，他的饼干也很受欢迎。
