該公司2014年的年度報告中顯示，新加坡郵政持有最大股份（20.68%）。我們知道阿里巴巴持有新加坡郵政的股份，這是阿里巴巴相信該公司擁有巨大前景嗎？

截稿時，艾飛升股價已揚升至21仙以上水平。至於該公司的股票未來前景，讓我們看看與它息息相關的最新業績、及業務表現。

艾飛升主要涉足資料文件處理（DDP）及電子賬單服務（EBP）外包服務領域。

該公司甫出爐不久第二季業績顯示，艾飛升在2014上半年淨利為304萬5千令吉（每股淨利為0.43仙），按年揚18.62%。營業額則按年揚4.91%至2千447萬令吉，業績和賺幅持續轉強。

若以該公司目前股價約33仙為准，以及使用2014年上半年年度化的每股淨利（0.86仙）為准，使其2014年預測本益比為38.37倍，似乎有點偏高，惟若其未來業務表現走強，才可降低其本益比及增加吸引力。有鋻於此，需要關注其未來季度或年度業績表現。

（吉隆坡26日讯）电子商业程序外包服务供应商效能电子方案有限公司（EFFICEN，0064，贸易服务组），将以7500万令吉现金代价，出售其于2家独资子公司的全部股权，予佳能新加坡私人有限公司，以释放其投资价值。

根据向大马交易所作出的报备，该公司说，建议中脱售预料将带来5170万令吉或每股7仙的一次过赚益，其中它计划拨出1210万令吉作为特别股息，以回馈股东们。

这项交易预料将在今年杪完成，尔后有意在3个月内分发现金股息予股东们。

效能电子方案已针对建议中脱售，与佳能集团全资单位佳能新加坡签署一份有条件股票收购协议。

上述脱售目标公司是Mailcom私人有限公司，后者则分别控制Printegrate私人有限公司和效能软体科技私人有限公司的100%股份。

上述单位主要涉及数据与文件程序综合外包方案、提供资讯科技和商业相关服务，予网络整合产品和格式印刷。

“由于市场持续统一，建议中脱售给予该公司一个机会，以一个吸引的献议价，释放和套现其于上述目标公司投资价值。”

“另外，董事部也视这为一个机会，以专注其资源于成长其文件管理和其他商业程序外包领域发展，如文件储存的服务。”

上述交易尚待有关监管当局的批准，以及其股东们于即将召开的特别大会上亮绿灯。
