我是把formula抄下来背的。应该是看题目吧。如果是写
sales 就写sales 咯， revenue就写revenue 咯

    Sales
(-) Purchase
　　Gross profit
(-) expenses
　　Net Profit

如果是manufacturing 的，会更复杂

我老师说今年开始（我是今年6月考试的）level 3 accounting换了一些东西，不可以写sales，要写revenue（sales=revenue）。start wif net profit是因为给你net profit了，就不必再找了咯。

sometimes is follow by other thing,not expenses——>是不是appropraition？(partnership)

你的老师教到哪里？我去年就看到你读，几时考试？

LCCI level 3会比SPM Akaun深一点点咯，全部从马来文变成英文
你有SPM Akaun就不会很难咯，LCCI level 3有很多股票的东西要读。
你几时开学？

简单来说，我是跟着答案来读，自己做的话，浪费我时间，毕竟我时间不多（只有四个月）
比方说，我收集全部company past year questions, 然后就看答案来读，当做第二题的时候，我会找类似跟第一题的题目来看，那就会了解到问题是在说什么了。

关于Accounting - format 要靠自己了。

备注：如果我会，我会帮你解答，如果我不会的话，我只能说对不起。

可以理解成這樣：Level 1 = PMR / Level 2 = SPM / Level 3 = STPM，只是全部變成了英文而已。

john mobbs and margaret coe are in partnership sharing profits and losses in the ration 3:1 respectively. the following trial balance was extracted from the books at 31 dec 2003, following completion of the final accounts
capital accounts : john mobbs                              45000
                         margaret coe                             15000
office equipment - net value         20000
motor vech - net value                 23200
creditors                                                            25120
debtors                                       21550
stock                                          16120
bank                                           1100
current accounts : john mobbs       5650
                           margaret coe                            2500

following two very poor trading yrs, john mobbs retired on 1 jan 2004 and the following matters were agreed:

(1) the goodwill of the old partnership was valued at $30000 although no good will accounts was opened in the books. other assets were revalued as follows:
office equipment    $18000
motor vech            $25000
at the time of revaluing assets , it was discovered that stock at 31dec 2003 had been undervalued by $3000
      
(2) the current account balances of john mobbs and margaret coe were transferred to their capital accounts on 1 jan 2004

(3) the amt owing to john mobbs on his retirement is to be retained as as long term loan to the new partnership, except for $13950 which was taken in cash on 1 jan 2004

(4) joe frame became a partner on 1 jan 2004, sharing profits and losses equally with margaret coe. joe introduced $20000 cash in to the partnership together with a motor vech valued at $5700
