整項收購料次季完成

該公司透過發新股方式，以8千萬令吉收購東洋石油服務私人有限公司的建議今日獲多數股東所批准，預計整項收購活動可在今年次季完成，並可在今年內對該公司作出顯著營收貢獻。

該公司董事經理拿督羅沙比爾拉曼在股東特別大會上透露：“我們已透過提供救生艇維護、維修和翻修服務涉入油氣領域，現在時候以該業務為基礎，更廣泛地服務油氣領域，並將公司業務帶向區域市場。”

他預計收購東洋石油服務後，油氣業務可在今年內對該公司營收的作出顯著貢獻，儘管眼下無法告知確實的貢獻數額，但油氣業務對營收的貢獻將提高至50%，而航空和船艦業務各貢獻25%。

東洋石油服務為東洋工程（SAMUDRA，7185，主板貿服組）旗下獨資子公司，且獲國油頒發準證以提管道處理、鑽油裝備出租和服務；德斯迪尼而將透過發售2億2千857萬1千428股新股，每股發售價為35仙，以總值8千萬令吉收購東洋石油服務。

業務方面，他表示，該公司目前有2億令吉合約在手，其中與航空設備相關的合約主要來自政府，而船艦設備合約則多數來自私人企業。

當被詢及派息政策時，羅沙比爾拉曼表示，該公司過去兩年致力於擴張業務，因此有潛能在未來宣佈固定派息政策，但目前還不是對的時候，需待旗下業務重整穩定後才計劃派息。（星洲日報／財經）

德斯狄尼今日向馬交所報備，子公司德斯狄尼Prima私人公司在上個月底收到國防部頒發的合約信件，合約總值9885萬令吉，期限為3年。

報備文件指出，合約預計不會對公司每股資產和公司股權結構帶來具體影響。然而，合約預計會對公司每股收益、每股淨資產和負債率做出積極貢獻。

該公司發文告指出，截至2014年4月30日為止，公司繳足資本為7千219萬6千143令吉，由7億2千196萬1千428股每股面值10仙普通股組成，若是包括尚未轉換憑單及雇員認股權計劃的因素在內，該公司將私下配售最多9千942萬5千352股的新股，而新股買家將於較後時确定。

假設私下配售新股的參考價每股60仙，該公司將可籌集最少4千332萬令吉，或是最多為5千965萬5千令吉的資金，而其中4千萬令吉（或最高5千萬令吉）將充當擴展現有業務，以及238萬8千令吉（或873萬5千令吉）充當公司的普通營運資金用途。
