Lolliartz 的paper quality真的不错。paper很厚 .看起来他们真的upgrade了。不错不错, 除了服务

也许你email Groupon 比较好，不要打电话。每次我email 给 groupon,他们有解决我的问题。其实groupon的服务也不错.

昨天收到email说ready to send。但是没有讲几时会send。
不懂可不可以相信。很显了。
u try ask for refund 吧。不要等了。浪费时间。

lolliartz 都不reply我所发的email. 所有沟通都透过livingsocial，不知道这是什么意思。。公司倒闭？
要求退款，可以随livingsocial 完全没有refund的意思。我已经complaint 到http://www.nccc.org.my/
如有谁也一样中招，可以填上这form: http://www.nccc.org.my/v2/index.php/e-aduan, 他们会处理我们的complaint及查这间公司。

Please note that as long as we have your files, we will place it into our processing queue. Once it is done, we will send a shipping payment link to you, means your book is ready to ship out. Please be patient. We may not able to reply each email immediately due to heavy workload. If you have refunded by LivingSocial(in which we are actually not being informed), please do inform us, we know there are some very good customer, thank you very much, and they still want to receive their nice handmade book from us. At the same time, we have some unwanted issue with LivingSocial, therefore please forgive both of us if we cannot serve you better. Thank you. (20/11/12)
