（吉隆坡8日訊）CAB機構（CAB，7174，主要板消費）宣布，獨資子公司CAB Amesist Biomass Generation私人有限公司與Panasonic Eco Solutions大馬私人有限公司簽署諒解備忘錄，以共同研究在吉打建立太陽能回收園（Solar Farm，即發電廠）。

CAB機構昨晚向馬證交所報備，簽署備忘錄可讓雙方成立一家特別用途公司，以聯手展開一項名為“ECONATION II PROJECT”的太陽能回收園可行性研究。

文告指出，雙方將共同持有上述特別用途公司，一同為上述項目提供所有所需的技術、推廣知識及任何的資源，以確保上述項目成功完成及交付；上述諒解備忘錄為期24個月。

該特別用途公司也將著手籌備及向能源委員會提交大規模太陽能光伏發電廠（Solar PV）的征求建議書（RFP）。

CAB印尼联营清真家禽产品

（吉隆坡1日讯）CAB机构（CAB,7174,主板消费品组）宣布，该公司将在印尼设立数家联营公司，以图在印尼生产清真家禽基产品，供印尼消费者需求。

该公司文告指出，将通过旗下印尼独资子公司──CABINDO家禽有限公司，于2017年11月1日与Ternak AyamTerpadu签署联营合约，以便集合双方资源及专业，设立数家联营公司作上述用途。

目前双造着重设法向有关当局申请设立联营公司，暂时没有确定投资数额。上述联营计划为相关人士活动，因为印尼富豪林逢生是CAB机构及Ternak Ayam Terpadu的间接共同大股东，林逢生持有后者的99.0%股权。

文告指出，联营公司的初步股权，将是Ternak Ayam Terpadu持有90%，CABINDO家禽有限公司则持有其余的10%，后者拥有选择权在启业的5年内，在每间联营公司增持股权至最高30%。

（吉隆坡18日讯）继2017财政年取得创纪录的营业额，CAB机构（CAB Cakaran Corp Bhd）有信心凭着产能扩张，2018财年的营业额将再创高峰。

该家禽供应商的董事经理蔡云鹏预计，截至9月杪2018财年的营业额，将比2017财年的16亿令吉，高出约7%。

他向《The Edge》财经日报指出：“由于2017财年第四季的营业额已达4亿1120万令吉，而肉鸡的需求不受经济状况的影响，所以如果能在2018财年维持此势，那么已经超过16亿令吉了。”

然而，该集团的净利依然取决于明年的平均售价。

蔡云鹏表示：“我们的表现通常取决于平均价格。比如说，今年迄今的均价高于去年，因此表现改善。但明年……这得胥视肉鸡的供求。”

CAB在2017财年的未审核净利从2600万令吉，增长超过一倍至5818万令吉，营业额增35.5%至14亿9000万令吉，同期为11亿令吉。

除了肉鸡的平均售价，他说，集团的产能也在财务表现中发挥作用。

CAB目前的肉鸡产量为每月700万只（雏鸡为每月900万只），约占大马半岛和新加坡市场总额6000万只的12%。

这个市场占该集团2017财年营业额的99.52%。

蔡云鹏表示：“过去几年，市场每年增长约2.5至3%，我们预计明年也是如此。”

他透露，该集团明年计划将肉鸡产量提高至每月约750万只，以及高达1100万只雏鸡。

“我们不会为了扩张而扩张。对于肉鸡业务，只要我们有资金和土地，扩张就不是问题。但关键在于是否有需求。”

他指出，CAB已拨出约5000万令吉充作2018财年的资本开销，以提升集团的厂房和机器。

“这都是为了迎合更多的市场需求。如果我们想扩大规模，将不得不考虑现有市场，所以我们也在物色收购中型或小型肉鸡业务，尤其是那些没有第二代接班人的业务。”

针对CAB与印尼三林集团（Salim Group）总执行长Anthoni Salim的合作，蔡云鹏表示，明年将在印尼建设联营的肉鸡和蛋鸡农场。

“这项工程大概需时12个月，并可能在2019年开始作出贡献。我们的目标是2019年每个月450万只肉鸡，以及每日300万粒鸡蛋。”

他解释说：“我们目前持有联营公司的10%股权，在未来5年内，可根据初始价格增持至30%。这样我们现在无需承担这么多的开销。”他并称，资本投资金额尚未敲定。

三林集团在印尼拥有超过1万1000家Indomaret便利店，并经营逾500间肯德基（KFC）。

蔡云鹏说，CAB目前没有参与任何其他收购交易。

该股从去年12月30日的49仙已经翻了一番。
