（吉隆坡21日訊）億鋼控股（ECONBHD，5253，主要板建築）宣布，獲得Vistayu私人有限公司發出價值2670萬令吉打樁和基礎工程。

該公司向馬證交所報備，通過子公司億鋼（大馬）私人有限公司，獲得位于八打靈一項商業與辦公室發展工程的打樁和基礎項目。

億鋼控股（ECONBHD，5253，主要板建築）持續獲得工程合約，強勁執行能力及良好工程紀錄備受看好。

該公司再宣布獲得2670萬令吉工程合約，這是上市至今獲得第9項合約，總值4億4040萬令吉，預計現有訂單數額約5億令吉，料可忙碌未來20個月。

儘管億鋼控股所得新訂單數額已超出我們原先為2015財年設下的預測，不過我們會保留原訂預測數額，因新訂單料會在2016財年開始作出正面貢獻。

此外，該公司賺幅從2014財年末季的6.5%，于2015財年第3季增至11%，由房產相關工程貢獻。對此，億鋼控股賺幅預計將進一步提升，因賺幅較低的巴生谷捷運（KVMRT）路線1計劃工程已在2月完成。

億鋼控股在這9個月的房產相關工程賺幅達19%，相較基建工程為5%。

另外，管理層指公司前景明朗，競標工程數額約10億令吉，有潛能獲得巴生谷捷運路線2計劃打樁工程。

由于億鋼控股在今年獲取多項新工程，該公司為新機械裝備投下2890萬令吉資本開銷。我們看好該公司強勁執行能力和工程紀錄，進而維持“買進”評級，合理價為1.40令吉。

（吉隆坡17日訊）億鋼控股（ECONBHD，5253，主要板建築）獲頒發總值4990萬令吉工程意向書（LOA），為期15個月。

該公司向馬證交所報備，子公司億鋼私人有限公司獲阿末查基私人有限公司頒發工程意向書，負責酒店兼辦公室發展計劃的地下層工程，工程位于吉隆坡市中心蘇丹依斯邁街。

文告指出，合約總值4990萬令吉，為期15個月，並在2016年9月竣工，預計將貢獻截至今年6月底財年及2016財年。

億鋼控股（ECONBHD，5253，主要板建築）競標約10億令吉合約，來季賺幅或帶來驚喜，加上超過5億令吉未完成的合約訂單，可扶持未來的盈利表現，我們維持該股“買進”投資評級。

我們對該公司的前景持續感樂觀，因為正競標約10億令吉合約，相信接下來幾個季度的賺幅將捎來驚喜。

我們了解，競標的合約當中，90%是巴生谷房地產計劃打樁相關的工程。

基于該公司在巴生谷捷運（KVMRT）的經驗，我們相信該公司有望成功競標捷運第二路線（MRT2）和第3輕快鐵計劃（LRT 3）的打樁工程。

我們因此認為，該公司可達標，在2016財年填補3億2000萬令吉工程。

該公司截至6月底取得強勁未完成的合約訂單，價值約5億1200萬令吉，可協助扶持未來15個月的盈利表現。

（吉隆坡10日讯）打桩与地基专家亿钢控股有限公司（ECONBHD，5253，建筑组）包揽一项价值1亿2050万令吉的合约，为土地统一与复兴有限公司大厦（Menara Felcra）的综合发展计划，在Semarak路进行开挖、打桩和混凝土工程。

根据大马交易所的文告，亿钢控股独资子公司亿钢（马）私人有限公司在上周六（11月7日）获得由WZR产业私人有限公司颁发的一项中标通知书，负责进行上述低层结构工程。

这项合约为期18个月，预计将在2017年5月完工。

亿钢控股在文告中指出，此合约料可为该公司截至2016年和2017年6月杪的财年业绩带来进账。

这项综合发展计划涵盖一栋楼高35层的办公楼（为Felcra新总部）、一栋楼高43层合共480个单位的服务式公寓，以及6层楼高的商业与零售店铺。

此外，亿钢控股也将进行钻孔灌注桩和隔水墙的建筑工程，而地下4层也将採用由上至下的施工方法打造。

（吉隆坡12日讯）亿钢控股（ECONBHD，5253，主板工业产品股）获得新财年首个订单，分析员乐观看待，相信不仅打桩工程前景亮丽，同时也加强投资者对该股的信心和情绪。

亿钢控股日前获得总值1亿2050万令吉合约，为位于吉隆坡士马勒路的联邦土地复兴和统一局大厦（Menara FELCRA）综合发展计划，进行打桩及相关工程。

大马研究预计，该公司截至2016年6月的新财年内，料获得高达3.2亿令吉的新订单。

获得上述最新订单后，目前该公司未结账订单达5.9亿令吉。

分析员相信，亿钢控股将获得更多订单，因为竞标工程的总额高达10亿令吉，且国内产业发展项目和基本设施建筑工程蓬勃，打桩需求保持韧力，前景亮眼。

此外，分析员也认为，亿钢控股获得捷运第二路线（MRT2）和轻快铁3路线（LRT3）打桩工程配套的几率很高，因为该公司拥有捷运第一路线的打桩工程经验，此外，该公司也是打桩业者的领导。

首季业绩料捎惊喜

分析员说，亿钢控股将于月底公布新财年首季业绩，相信赚幅将维持在目前的水平，甚至会有惊喜，因为该公司效率更高，原料价格更低。

值得一提，该公司2011至2015财年赚幅从5%，提升到11%。

BIMB证券研究认为，亿钢控股最新订单将增强投资者对该股的信心和激励情绪，且公司前景依然亮眼，因为尤其在巴生谷，迅速的发展活动对该公司有利。

不过，该行分析员说，对于新工程看法“中和”暂时维持预测，因为最新订单早已纳入计算。

该分析员维持亿钢控股“买入”评级，目标价为1.27令吉。

根据文告，该项工程是由Nusmetro产业颁发给亿钢控股独资子公司Econpile（大马）私人有限公司，为坐落在满家乐（Mont Kiara）的综合发展计划，进行土地工程、打桩和基地建设工程。

Arte Mont Kiara位于75.5英亩吉隆坡大都市（KL Metropolis）大型计划中，包含了3座办公和服务公寓大楼，预计在12月初开工。

该合约为期19个月，将在2017年6月竣工，会对集团2016和2017财年带来贡献。

（吉隆坡1日訊）億鋼控股（ECONBHD，5253，主要板建築）獲頒發東巴生谷大道（EKVE）計劃第1與第2工程配套的打樁工程合約，總值7690萬令吉。

億鋼控股向馬證交所報備，獨資子公司Econpile（大馬）私人有限公司，獲阿末查基資源（AZRB，7078，主要板建築）子公司阿末查基私人有限公司頒發總值7690萬令吉的工程意向書，負責東巴生谷大道計劃第1與第2工程配套的鑽孔打樁工程。

是項合約為期約24個月，料在2018年2月份竣工。

億鋼控股指出：“這項合約是公司的主流業務，預計將貢獻公司截至6月底財年的營業額及收益。”

該合約是億鋼控股在2016年所獲的第2份合約。該公司在1月時獲頒總值2030萬令吉合約，為甘榜峇魯（Kampung Baru）混合商業開發項目和住宅開發項目，提供打樁及結構工程。【中国报财经】

亿钢控股独资子公司亿钢（马）私人有限公司，是从阿末查基（AZRB，7078，主板建筑股）的手中，接过该项合约。

这是亿钢控股2016财年的第四项大型合约，因此，新合约总值已经达到3亿1300万令吉，相当接近我们3亿2000万令吉全年新合约的预测。

虽然我们认为，亿钢控股仍然有潜能在2016财年第四季获得更多新合约，不过，我们目前暂时维持盈利预测不变。

至于2017财年的新合约预测，我们估计有4亿令吉。

亿钢控股的展望依然明亮，因为竞标订单总值达到10亿令吉。目前，该公司手中的订单有6亿800万令吉。
