新厂产能增加．锦隆资源获利料改善

利军问：

买进锦隆资源（KMLOONG，5027，主板种植组）已有一段时日，请问还可持有吗？盈利能力如何？前景好吗？

答：锦隆资源近期棕油榨取率（OER）走低，分析员认为，短期将冲击获利，但在新厂房投运后，产能增加，预料未来两年获利表现将改善。

大华继显早前在会见公司管理层后表示，该公司透露哥打丁宜厂房OER将走低至19%，比去年19.6%来得低，原因是鲜果串成油阶段，受到过去干旱和近期雨量增加影响。

与此同时，沙巴根低咬以及Telupid厂房的榨油率也仅企于22%左右，较去年低。

只不过，该公司收益仍受到一些棕油副产品，如：棕油渣、棕油仁壳以及长纤维等销售支持。

在2018财年该公司预测哥打丁宜厂房可处理高达60万公吨鲜果串，比2017年处理量多出7万公吨，按每小时计则可处理120公吨鲜果。

大华继显基于锦隆资源2018财年OER走低，因此将2018年财测下调24%，但在棕油厂房提升产能，获利在未来两年料会走高，因此调升2019以及2020财年财测，分别为3.1%和3.2%。

另一方面，该公司也将提升东马厂房产能，放眼提高Telupid厂房每小时的处理速度，从原本60公吨增加至90公吨。

锦隆资源在未来5年内也将翻种沙巴州种植园，涉及面积为800公顷，估计每公顷翻种费用为1万2000令吉至1万3000令吉之间。

砂公司申请新种植计划

此外，该公司在砂拉越也正在申请新种植计划，以有效利用该公司在当地高达5000公顷的种植地段。目前该公司在2400公顷土地上，种了一批年轻树龄油棕树。额外500公顷土地争议性地段，相信会在今年获得法庭最后判决。

同时，该公司打算在砂州立新榨油厂，目前仍待有关当局批准。

尽管锦隆资源OER减少，但在上半年该公司鲜果串按年增加42.7%，因此分析员上调全年鲜果串产量，从18.8%调高至22.8%。

该公司在今年约拨出了3000万令吉资金作为资本开销，主要是用于厂房维修、生物沼气发电厂建设。生物沼气发电厂的建厂估算为1500万令吉，预料在4年内会回本。

该公司取得持续性发电发展机构（SEDA）批准，供应1.8兆瓦电能予哥打丁宜厂房以及2兆瓦电力给根地咬厂房。

生物发电领域预料将为该公司每年带来500万至600万令吉收入，但把哥打丁宜厂房发电厂的完工目标订在2018财年第四季度，而沙巴发电厂更迟至2020至2021财年才会开始贡献营收，因此分析员并没有把发电业务纳入该公司2018财年财测之内。

基于股价几乎完全反映公司价值，分析员下调该股评级至“守住”，目标价为4令吉10仙。

首创沼气发电业务 锦隆资源财源广进

（八打灵再也17日讯）锦隆资源有限公司（KMLOONG，5027，种植组）计划扩充业务，在不久未来利用沼气发电，然后供应电力予国家能源有限公司（TENAGA，5347，贸易服务组）的输电网。

据该种植集团董事经理魏松轩表示：“我们预计今年底将从柔佛州哥打丁宜的油棕压榨厂提供1.8兆瓦的电力。”

他说：“我们的哥打丁宜工厂发电机组的安装和测试接近完成。”

“到目前为止，我们已获得可持续电力发展局（Seda）批准收取再生能源电费（FIT）。”

魏氏告诉传媒：“此外，我们也在沙巴州根地咬的工厂获准提供2兆瓦的电力。目前，我们正与沙巴能源私人有限公司（SESB）洽商签署购电协议，后者是是沙巴和纳闽的综合公用事业公司。”

他还透露：“我们也希望能够在2018年底前在根地咬的工厂发电。”

与此同时，魏氏补充：“我们正在寻求批准于沙巴州鲁必工厂供应另外2兆瓦电力。”

他称，预计沼气发电将为集团现有业务增加收入。

“假设成功发电后，我们希望每年能够从每间工厂获得约600万令吉的收入。”

“由于原棕油（CPO）和棕仁的售价较高，因此售电力收入仅占总营业额的1至2％。

发电业务料占净利40%

但是，魏氏指出：“基于营运成本偏低，每家工厂在上述业务中的净利可能会占整体净利的20至40％。”

锦隆资源还声称：“我们是国内唯一一家公司拥有沼气发电项目。”

目前，所有3家油棕压榨厂都有吸取沼气的设施，以减少温室气体排放到大气层。

通过推行吸取沼气措施后，集团成功利用沼气生产3.5兆瓦的电力作为自用，从而减少至少60％的柴油发电量，以及减少棕仁壳的燃烧量。

他说，至于上游种植业务方面，集团积极寻求收购位于柔佛、彭亨、沙巴和砂拉越的合适种植园丘。

魏氏补充：“不幸的是，各种各样的约束限制了我们的扩充活动。”

在截至2018年1月31日止现财政年度（2018财政年），锦隆资源预算拨款3000万令吉用于重植活动，以及增加压榨厂。

他补充：“在落实推出上述项目前，我们不会贸然发放新的资本开支。”

该集团总园丘面积达1万5919公顷，当中94％种植油棕树。

在总园丘面积中，约有83％的树龄是6岁以上，12％是6岁以下，而其余5％处于不成熟阶段。

它的3家棕油厂每年的总产能达150万吨鲜果串（FFB）。以原棕油产量计算，哥打丁宜工厂是全马最大的棕油厂之一。

魏氏指出：“为了促进集团在砂州的发展，我们一直研究在当地设立棕油厂的可能性。”

（吉隆坡23日讯）锦隆资源（KMLOONG，5027，主板种植股）截至10月31日第三季，净利增长11.2%，达2791万5000令吉；建议派息6仙。

同期营业额涨16.7%，报2亿8941万9000令吉。

累计首9个月，净利劲扬46.2%，达7976万4000令吉；营业额扩大26.5%，报8亿552万7000令吉。

锦隆资源向交易所报备，首9个月的营业额和净利表现亮眼，归功于产量及棕油价格齐走高。

截至10月31日，该公司旗下的总栽种面积达1万4941公顷，其中有48%比重的树龄是介于16至20岁。同时，也翻种了约130公顷的地皮。

根据文告，虽然当季平均售价稍微滑落，但产量增加仍推升公司的营业额和净利表现。

展望本财年，锦隆资源预见，鲜果串产量将增加30%。

虽然近期原棕油价格从每公吨2800令吉跌至2400令吉，但该公司相信，末季的原棕油价格能持稳。

另一方面，董事部也建议，将每股股票拆细为3股。随后，再建议以每20送1凭单比例，送出最多4677万535张凭单。

锦隆资源首九个月税后归属股东净利（PATAMI）录得7980万令吉，年增46.2%，高于我们和市场预期，这归功于榨油（Milling）业务表现杰出。

第三季业绩表现标青，归功于鲜果串产量复苏，推动种植业务增长，以及榨油业务的良好赚幅。

展望未来，管理层预计，鲜果串产量额外生产1万5500至32万7500公吨，之前预测为31万2000公吨。

此外，榨油业务的鲜果串处理量，也上修20万吨，至140万顿水平。

目前，锦隆资源已实现2018财年，鲜果串产量和鲜果串摄入量目标的75.8%和78.2%。

针对董事部建议将每股拆细为3股，我们正面看待，因有助于改善股票流通量，并预计完成这项企业活动后，该股股价会减少波动。

上调评级至“买入”，目标价维持在4.59令吉。

鲜果串产量和棕油价格跌 锦隆次季净利减逾半

（吉隆坡27日讯）鲜果串产量和棕油价格下跌，拖累锦隆资源（Kim Loong Resources Bhd）第二季净利减逾半。

该集团今日向大马交易所报备，截至7月杪2019财政年次季净利从2626万令吉，降至1201万令吉；营业额报2亿1029万令吉，较同期的2亿6046万令吉，按年下跌19%。

该集团派发每股3仙的中期单层股息，并将于11月22日支付。

由于次季业绩欠佳，该集团在2019财年首半年的净利跌36%至3214万令吉，同期报4999万令吉；营业额从5亿1611万令吉，降13%至4亿4678万令吉。

这家种植公司指出，次季和首半年的表现疲弱，主要由于鲜果串产量跌36%，以及棕油平均售价跌20%。

尽管次季业绩较为疲软，但该集团预计本财年的表现将令人满意。
