vaccant possesion, OC 之前，不懂为什么要分开的。

Vex you are right VP is vaccant possesion and OC is Occupancy Certificate. VP issue upon all compliance to building works have done and architect will issue the VP and OC will only issuant if all compliance to the local authorities was fullfil and issue by MPSP.
Now the latest system is CCC (Certificate of Completion and Compliance) and will issue by achitect. |

现在phase 3的角头间剩下两间，520千和540千，
电话里面说是built up area 22' x 40'，我算算后，一方尺大约马币306元，
