每个银行都不一样,所以打底 最安全是 X 2.9-3
5000 星币可以
RM5000 达不到你要贷款的数目
除非你联名,或有其他的 收入 = RENTAL INCOME ETC |

2. 如果你是购买二手, 你的律师费可以不用给, 重要是,你的房屋MARKET VALUE 高,可以 CASH OUT
比如
RM300,000 的房屋,市价RM400,000 ,90%
RM360,000 - 300,000 = RM60,000
你可以提取 RM60,000
这个RM60,000 你可以还律师费和定金

你好,本人是第一次买屋子,目前看中一间535k的二手屋。请问我能借到多少钱呢?
