Description	SUNZEN BIOTECH BERHAD ("THE COMPANY" OR "SUNZEN") -        ACQUISITION OF SHARES IN EYE NATION MEDICAL SDN. BHD.
Further to the Company’s announcement on 6 May 2024, the Board of Directors of Sunzen (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Company, had on 1 October 2024 entered into a Share Sale Agreement (“SSA”) with Mr. Lee Peng Hwa (“Lee”) and Madam Lay Lee Chin (“Lay”) (collectively referred to as “the Vendors”), for the acquisition of seventy thousand (70,000) ordinary shares (“Sale Shares”), representing seventy percent (70%) of the equity interest of Eye Nation Medical Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 200301031140 (633561-V)] (“ENMSB”) for a total cash consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Six Million Three Hundred and Seventy Thousand (RM6,370,000.00) only (“Purchase Price”) (“the Acquisition”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SSA. Please refer to the attachment for details of the announcement. This announcement is dated 1 October 2024.
